Chapter 2

Hotaru's POV
As I was walking down a street back towards my house I felt like I was being watched. My house did come into view but before I walked up to it, I stopped and turn around. I looked around to see who it could've been until I saw a hooded figure. The person was walking towards me slowly. I watched them as I slowly got into a defensive position
Me: who are you?!
They chuckled
???: can't a girl visit an old friend?
Her voice was familiar.. she pulled her hood down to reveal herself with grey eyes and baby blue hair. Yuki Todoroki.. my old best friend
Me: well I'll be damned.. it's good to see you again
I got out of the defensive position and hugged Yuki tightly before letting go once she hugged back.
Me: how's everything been?
She shrugged
Yuki: same old same old. My dads have been trying their best to get me into UA but it looks kinda late for that to happen
I chuckled
Me: never too late for that to happen. Perhaps try changing your last name and I can help you out
She nods with a small smile
Yuki: I'm guessing that's what you did?
I nod
Me: yep. Would you like to come in?
She smiled warmly with a nod. So I turned around and walked the rest of the way back to my house as she followed. I opened the door and let her in
Me: DAD! POPS! IM HOOOME!
After I yelled out I heard shuffling from the kitchen. A man with black dyed hair and purple burn scars came out from the kitchen. Tho his hair was starting to show white roots where he's decided to stop dying it. Touya Todoroki. The one I call Dad
Dad: hey, Hotaru. Hey, Lil. How was your first day?
I smiled
Me: it was great! I met quite a few familiar people. But there is one that I'm wondering is cousin or not
He tilted his head
Dad: oh?
I nod in confirmation
Me: yeah. Her name is Isota Iida. She has red and blue dual coloured hair. She also has a dark blue eye under the blue side of her hair and an, almost, aqua blue under the red side of her hair
He nodded
Dad: yep. That definitely sounds like Shoto's daughter. How have you been, Yuki?
She gave a small smile
Yuki: still l trying to get into UA somehow
He nodded. He was about to respond until my Pops' voice came from the kitchen. Keigo Takami. AKA, retired Pro Hero Hawks.
Pops: what if I try to put a good word in for ya?
She chuckled
Yuki: we're gonna try changing my last name first for that to work!
Pops hummed
Pops: aaaahhh yeah. That's what Hotaru did so that may work!
He finally came out from the kitchen whilst Dad went back to check on our dinner that was cooking
Pops: how have your dads been?
He asked whilst gesturing for us to come into the kitchen. I finally shut the front door and walked into the kitchen with Pops and Yuki. We sat down at the table
Yuki: they've been great. In fact, I think they might be visiting today
Dad: oh yeah?
She nods
Yuki: yeah.
Dad: awesome! Would be nice to catch up with Shiggy at some point.
She nods with a hun
Yuki: thank goodness Eraserhead is trying to help us get out of being chased down
Me: that is true. There are a few other heroes that are trying to help ex-villains be able to come out in public now but the few heroes that are hunting them seem to have more strength for pushing forward
Everyone agreed. There was a knock on the door to which made me and pops stand up at the same time but I insisted. He sat back down when he saw me continue walking despite his protest. I opened the door and it revealed a man with baby blue hair being somewhat covered by a black hood up from his hoodie and blood red eyes and a man who was slightly taller with white hair. He had grey eyes. Natsuo Todoroki.
Me: ayyyyyy Tomura! Uncle Natsuo! Long time no see you guys
They both smiled warmly and walked in after I gestured. I closed the door after looking around to make sure no heroes had seen us. I shared a hug with both males as they pulled their hoods down. I noticed that Shiggy kept on the gloves that came with his recently secretly made hero suit. Gloves that only had a finger on the middle finger so Shiggy could hold something, or someone, with all five fingers without it, or them, decaying.
Me: so life been treating you guys fairly somewhat?
They moved their heads slightly side to side in a small nod to say 'somewhat' which made me chuckle. Dad had put more food into the pot for cooking since he insisted they stay for dinner. Once the food was made, we all sat down at the table and caught up on things we had missed since it had been so long since we all ever got to see eachother. Today wasn't so bad after all.. let's hope tomorrow is the same

Second chapter up! Yuki Todoroki is the love child of Tomura Shigaraki/Tenko Shimura and Natsuo Todoroki. I recently discovered this ship and fell in love with it. Her quirk is Snowdust. She turns anything she touches with all five fingers into a pile of snow. She wears Shiggy's old artist gloves to stop destroying everything. I will make a drawing of her at some point.
