Atsushi find himself back in his room after Subaru's death
Atsushi starts breaking down in tears,
This time he doesn't go out, he chooses to sleep more, he deserves it anyways.
He would usually check on him, but after what he has done, he just laughs, he's going mad.
He takes a nap, putting music on while sleeping.
Hours later he was waken up by Subaru's screaming outside.
He looks like he was practicing magic
Atsushi decides its time to take a walk outside.
Minutes later, Subaru sees Atsushi walking out the door. He starts waving at him.
Atsushi waves back at him.
Subaru runs up to him.
" Atsushi, you said you could use magic right? Well I can use magic now as well. I want to challenge you."
" are you sure Subaru?"
"Of course"
Minutes later Subaru was on the ground with his face facing the floor.
"Atsushi, How are you so strong?"
Atsushi shrugs.
Emilia runs towards Subaru to help him up.
Atsushi smiles and he thinks this life would be successful.
He sits on a bench and takes out his guitar to play some songs.
One of the best theme songs in the game.
Subaru knows Atsushi can play the guitar, Subaru has always encouraged him to join the school band but Atsushi always declines.
Atsushi finishes playing. Subaru instantly went to him to ask him to practice magic with him.
"Atsushi, let's practice magic again".
"no"
"Why?"
"I would stomp you"
"help me get better then".
Atsushi thinks back to a time where he and another wizard would practice a spell everyday. He smiles, that's one of his most favorite memories.
"okay then"
"really"
"yes, Subaru, I'll help you be better".
After hours of training Subaru and Atsushi was exhausted but happy.
"Subaru-kun"
The both of them look up and sees Rem calling Subaru, to work.
"looks like I gotta go now, see you later".
He starts running towards Rem.
Atsushi sets his head down again to rest but he was disturbed by another person.
"Atsushi-kun"
Atsushi looks up and sees Emilia looking down at him.
"yes, Emilia?"
"Can.... Can you teach me how to play the guitar."
"no problem".
Atsushi sat on the bench and Emilia sat beside him.
"let's start then".
He shows Emilia the basics of guitar, but when he was teaching he chords, Emilia seemed to always get everything wrong.
"No, Emilia it's this one".
"I'm sorry Atsushi-kun"
"Emilia, I have a question?"
"yes?"
"are you tone deaf?"
"what's that?"
"yep she is, let's continue this tommorow, Emilia, I'm pretty tired."
"okay,Atsushi-ku...."

He starts tearing up.
"Why are you crying Atsushi-kun?"
"Oh, it's nothing, I just don't know when I'll see her again."
"Oh, if you have any problems, Atsushi-kun, just tell me."
"Really?"
"Yeah"
He wipes his tears.
"Thank you, I had no one that cares that much for me, Emilia, I want you to know you're an angel.
" Thank you Atsushi-kun".
(softly) "I love you Emilia"
"What did you say Atsushi-kun"
"Nothing"
Timeskip to the evening
Everyone was having dinner, Atsushi stands up and request if he could play some songs on the piano he just created out of thin air. He looks at Roswaal for his approval. Roswaal nods his head. He gets up and walks towards the piano.

After the performance everyone clapped, Emilia looked confused but she claps as well.
Subaru knew he could play the guitar but not the piano, he was amazed.
"I didn't know you could play the piano, Atsushi."
Atsushi just smiles at him.
In the evening, he goes to bed, he thinks of the time when he would practice explosion, have his personal human punching bag and a useless goddesses. He laughs at those good memories and he falls asleep.
