Hyeju didn't expected this scenario to happen when Jeon Y/n said that she would like to see her progress, not this early that is. ❝Hm? Ah, so you want this fight to decide whether we'll pull back if you win or not if Olivia Hye here wins?❞ The same Jeon's lips twitched upwards in pure amusement, glancing around the arena before she's seen in front of the shadows of the people in the glass rooms.

❝What do you think about this? Shall I accept this preposition and watch your student get beat up by one of my fellow tutee?❞ Agitated at the taunting tone underneath the student's nonchalant voice, the man raised his hands to slap the girl when suddenly, the said part of his body was twisted to the other side. ❝Tch, how violent.❞ Jeon Heejin clicked her tongue, still holding the now twisted hand of the man— scowl hidden in her smirk. ❝You dare raise a hand against a Grandmaster? This is why your family is at the bottom of the clan's noble ranks, Jeon Jiwook.❞

Y/n chuckled and waved her hand, easily manipulating the air to bend his arm in the wrong way. ❝Do not bother with him, Heejin. It's only a natural reaction for a foolish peasant like him to try and blindly chase after his justice, let him be.❞ Disappearing and appearing back in the center of the duel stage, the Jeon spared a glance at the still nonchalant looking Son.

❝Oh well, why not. I accept your condition, Jimin.❞

The Astral students all perked up with fully charged hope, all battered up and putting all of their trust on their own president. After all, Yu Jimin would no doubt win against this no-name rookie of that plebeian academy, right?

Hyeju sighed helplessly, knowing that she wouldn't be able to refuse this nor does she have a choice but to win against Y/n's so-called-rival. ❝Oh? It seems like your friends fancies this idea as well? Well then, let's not waste everyone's time and start this duel quickly.❞ The Jeon gave a simple grin before she was waving her hand, light blue aura coming out of it and coating the whole stadium.

Humming, the girl gestured for the two to start with an easy smile. ❝I've casted a spatial aura around this stadium, just to decrease the possibilities of more destruction here so there is no need of holding back. May the best see the end.❞ Heejin warped in place of her younger sister who has now vanished and raised her left palm, bright light illuminating on it before the terrain had changed.

❝As you might know, the both of us don't like to make things easy for anyone.❞ Hyeju looked around the vast forest she was now put in, blinking in confusion. ❝This place... is quite special. The place you are in now has unlimited access to items, armors, swords, and anything you may need in your stay there really.❞ The older Jeon paused for a moment just for a dramatic effect, looking over at the forest with a small smirk.

❝That seems to be an advantage for you, no? But of course, there's a twist. We've spread anti-prowess auras in some places around this forest, and in some accessories as well. So you better think twice before engaging in a fight in some certain places~!❞

❝As expected, the Jeon's are as crazy as ever.❞ The Son immediately tried to active her prowess once she heard the oh-so-deep voice behind her, only for a small flicker of light to appear and not the black hole she summoned. Karina snickered at the slight stumble the Cosmos student did. ❝Oh, I apologize for startling you.❞ She didn't sounded too apologetic.

Hyeju spun around to narrow her eyes at the Yu whom was chilling on the tree branch, ❝You seem familiar in this terrain, Miss Yu.❞ Jimin tilted her head to the side and chortled, shrugging her shoulders carelessly. A chill ran up on the girl's spine before she was catching the flying sword that was aimed towards her, hands almost bleeding. ❝My bad, the sword slipped from my hands.❞

❝Ha, that could've killed me. Be careful with your little blades, and this might just slip off on my hand as well.❞

Ha Sooyoung whistled at the tension she could sense on the field even if she was looking at the floating hologram, already predicting the outcome of this duel. ❝They're on the same level, huh?❞ Wong Kahei sighed slightly and shook her head, arms crossed with her eyes trained on the screen.

❝No, not yet. Olivia Hye is still holding back.❞

Choi Yerim gripped on the railing in front of her and was about to lean in more to watch intently when someone pulled her back. ❝Ah, you may have forgotten that my aura is not something you'll want to stick your head into, Choi Yerim.❞ Jeon Y/n's smooth voice came and when the Choi spun around, there she was; sporting a ghost of a smile.

❝...Why did you accepted it?❞

❝Oh, you mean their preposition? Well, you'll see.❞

The Jeon chuckled and gestured for the Choi to focus back on the fight. Hyeju struggled as she tries to think of a way to escape the no prowess zone, grimacing at how painful Jimin's attacks are. ❝Struggling? I knew it, that Jeon never trained your combat skills, didn't she?❞

Ever since she entered the academy, the Son never thought of improving her combat skills— all she needed was her overpowered prowess, after all. ❝That's hilarious, she never changes.❞ But of course, Olivia Hye has more cards hidden on her sleeves.

Putting enough distance between them after she blocked yet another attack, the girl hastily folded her sleeves up and ripped the black limiter on her right forearm, immediately feeling the new power flowing into her veins. ❝A limiter...?❞

Yerim couldn't believe her eyes.

❝Indeed. For most part of her training, Olivia Hye lost control over her full aptitude easily and Heejin and I struggled about it for days. And so, we've came up with the idea of teaching her how to use her power in the right away by putting a limiter on both of her arms.❞ The Jeon didn't look too bothered by the glares her clan members had sent to her way.

She was seriously just ignoring them. ❝Oh well, things are getting more interesting now.❞ Y/n had a ghost of a smile on her lips. ❝I believe that the anti auras I've placed there will be gone soon enough.❞ To get rid of the auras, you have to release raw energy and spread it all across the place.

And if we're talking about raw energy, Son Hyeju would come first with no doubt. ❝Very interesting, indeed.❞

Wong Kahei gripped at the metal railing.
