Levi's pov
I sat my ass down right next to Eren, next to the aisle. He hasn't said much, but he made it one hundred percent clear that he wanted the window seat. He looked out the window , obviously attempting to avoid my gaze.
I snatched the little fucker's hand in mine, intertwining our fingers. I know I didn't give him a choice, but he seemed grateful for my presence.
He looked at me anxiously. "You're mad at me, right?" He choked out. "Not so much. More hurt, that you wouldn't tell me about this." I sighed, loosening my grip on his large hand. He squeezed it in return.
"It's something that I've never told anyone. But I'm glad you know now. I think I'm better off. I just pray that you don't get hurt in this. I wouldn't be able to live with myself." He sighed, his eyes watery.
"Don't you fucking cry Eren! We'll both be just fine, okay? I promise." I turned his head toward me with my free hand, pressing my lips to his gently, as to reassure him. "I love you babe." I breathe, not quite ready to allow our lips to part.
When my kisses start to get heated, he pushes gently on my chest, which I assume means to stop. I give him a confused look before seeing his red face.
"We can't do anything right now Levi. We're in public!" He squealed. "What the actual fuck? I thought I was dating a seventeen year old, not a nine year old. I must really be a pedophile!" I say, laying the sarcasm on like a thick blanket.
I don't know how to feel about this brat. He likes it, but he doesn't? Tch. Someday maybe I'll get him figured out. Maybe in the very very distant future. Besides, I was just trying to get his mind somewhere else.
I know he's worried about her, but he needs to relax a little. He's going to be even more angry at himself if he lands back in the hospital again. I have an idea, but I will probably regret it.
"Hey Eren," I say, "Truth or dare?"
