The eye method

This is quite a simple method, again it does not require falling asleep but of course, if you want to feel free! I like to use this one as I have a hard time falling asleep, i recommend this if you do too. I also recommend doing a meditation to calm yourself as you will not be attempting to fall asleep as you do this.

Close your eyes and rub them lightly until you see shapes or vivid lines.

Keep your eyes closed but visualise those shapes forming into your DR.

Keep repeating affirmations like, "I am shifting", "I will shift". 

Once you are certain that you are in your DR, open your eyes.
