A small child, no older than 12, runs through a castle. One that she had been dragged into, one that held all the people she traveled within its dark dungeon. A key dangled from her hand as she put both hands to her mouth, tears falling from her one singular eye as she deals with a monster who didn't bare sharp teeth, nor sharp claws, but instead had a heart as black as the night. The only thing the girl could do was pray to the Stars that she once believed were kind and caring. Just before the monster could get close enough to see her, she ducked into a room filled with books. She stumbled to get to the dungeon's entrance and just as she was about to open it, something grabbed her. She snapped her neck around to look into the eyes of a demon, no, an ex-Star whose eyes harbored lava. She knew at this moment, that she was either going to lose her eye, or it was going to redeem itself for its final day alive.
