CHAPTER 06- THE TRUTH

Lakshya looked at Ragini who was broken beyond repair. He held his hand in the air and was about to place it on her shoulder when he suddenly saw Ragini looking at something behind him with a real shock.

Lakshya turned to see a raging Swara approaching towards them and a helpless Sanskaar begging her something. He looked at Ragini who looked at him and both were as clueless as the other was.

Swara came towards them and held Ragini's hand in one hand and Lakshya's in another and barged into the Maheshwari mansion. While they were walking she turned to see a panic stricken Sanskaar and whenever their eyes met he used to bend it down from guilt.

They went inside and Swara shouted for everyone to come out. Everyone looked clueless and confused except two people Swara and Sanskaar.

Swara had her eyes red and she was breathing like a raging bull whereas Sanskaar's eyes were filled with guilt. He knew this day would come but this soon. He never thought about it.

Swara: The Maheshwari brothers had made up their mind to spoil my sister's life (saying this she glared hard at both Laksh and Sanskaar that a lump formed in their throat and both gulped harder).

One makes fun of her love by using her like a tissue paper for his brother (Lakshya bent his head down in guilt) and the other one is made up his mind to break her completely. The trust she had on friendship and the care she could show to anyone could me easily used to the brothers' selfish reason (Sanskaar looked up and nodded in no whereas others were shocked beyond words for the accusations Swara was putting).

When people tried to kill this man it was my Ragini who stood up to them and helped him. And this is exactly what she deserves. Betrayal and more betrayal (she turned towards Ragini and held her hands in hers and said)

Listen to me Ragini. Sanskaar is not mad. He is pretending to be like this due to his selfish purpose. When we went to the ice cream parlor I was making a video of all his antics to show it to you so that we'd have our topic of gossip and fun today (Sanskaar was shocked beyond words because he never knew about Swara taking a video) but it will reveal the truth of someone. I don't want to say anything more when you look at this.

Saying this she showed her a video wherein Sanskaar was playing like a kid with the ice cream and after sometime they heard Swara: Sanskaar you sit here for two minutes okay I'll go pay the bill and come back okay. If you sit quietly, I'll get you a chocolate ice cream while coming back (everyone including Sanskaar smiled at that).

After 5 seconds Sanskaar's expressions changed and he picked up his phone from his kurta pocket and dialed someone's number.
Sanskaar: Karan, is the information ready? I want to destroy Durga Prasad Maheshwari and Laksh Durga Prasad Maheshwari as soon as possible. Once all the game of revenge is over I would come back to KARMA and take it over . You know once karma bites back harder.

Saying this he was laughing and looked up and the phone dropped from his hands. He was shocked. In fact, shock was an understatement to what he felt at that moment.After a few seconds they could see the phone move , Swara's face and the video ended and the background voice which said Swara listen to me give me a chance to explain myself was heard.

Ragini stumbled back . If it was not for Lakshys then she would have fallen down. Lakshya's protective grip held her somehow but he was too broken to think about anything. He did everything for his bhai and here his bhai was hell bent on taking revenge on him.

Ragini composed herself and looked at Swara and then at Sanskaar. She knew that Swara would never lie and that video was an evidence to her testimony but still she went to Sanskaar and held his hand.
