In all the years I've been writing, I've noticed something about the way Author's Notes make me feel. There's an overwhelming sense of what's to follow, but also one of excitement. It's the start of a story and an adventure, not only for the characters, but for me and you as well.
This story has been only a few months in the making, and I'm still trying to get my feel of it, but I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it.
As always, this story has a few elements that some people might not like, including language, mild violence, drinking, drug references, and sexual comments/implications (no smut, sorry).
Please keep the comments friendly, as we're all trying to have a good time here. Comment and vote if you'd like, but ultimately just enjoy reading the story.
