💔Chapter 12💔

I wake up in my bed and I can tell it's morning by the sun shining in my room through my curtains.
Last night hits me and I start to wonder if Brandon went home or is here. My bedroom opens and Brandon walks in "hey" he says "you stayed?" I ask "the whole night yes" he says "I just on the floor"

He points to the floor "you didn't have to stay here" I tell him "like I said I wanted to take care of you and that's what I'm gonna do" he nods. My head is killing me from all the crying last night. "How do you feel" he sits on my bed "just horrible" I answer "my heart hurts" I add and he holds my hand

"I promise you're not gonna be like this forever" he says "I hope not" I whisper . "At least we don't have school today" he says "I guess" I shrug my shoulders "Brandon shouldn't you get back to the boys at your house" I ask "I mean it's ..... 11:30 in the morning" I check my phone . "They know I'm here and I'd rather be here" he replies "I appreciate you coming over last night , telling you everything and letting it out felt ..... good" I say and he nods

"So thank you" I thank him "no need to thank me , I'm always here for you" I smile for the first time since the bumper cars place. "Are you hungry" he ask "I can order some stuff" he says "It's up to you" I say "well then yes I will order some food"

(2 hours later) "Brandon you been here since last night , shouldn't you be home" I ask as we sit on my couch "and leave you , no?" He turns to me "I get you want to take care of me but you don't have to babysit me" I say "I know and I'm not , im being a great friend , the one you need" he says and it makes me a little upset . All this time I sorta forgot I had feelings for Brandon since 6th grade.

So lately then been coming back in and him saying "great friend" sorta hurt "right" I say "what's wrong?" He ask "nothing" I say "oh seems like something just all of sudden went wrong" he nods.
"It's nothing" I mumble "you can talk to me" he says "I know but it's really nothing" I tell him

His phone rings and he answers it . "Oh shii" he says "man I'm with Sophia" I turn towards him .
"Fine Ight bye" he hangs up and looks at me "I have to go" he says "oh" I pout and he chuckles "5 minutes ago you asked me when I'm leaving and now you don't want me to go" he smiles "I asked you when you were going , I didn't say I wanted you to go" I explain "I can come back later" he says

"No it's okay , plus we have school tomorrow" I nod "I'm sorry I have to go , I need help Zion finish our project" he stands up "it's fine , text me when you get home" he laughs "that's what I say" he whines "just do it" I say "call me if you need anything today , seriously call" he bends down

"will do" I whisper . He smiles and my heart basically skips a beat "if you need anything or you just wanna talk call me" he walks up to my door and says "okay Brandon" I nod

"I just don't want you to go through stuff alone anymore" I weak smile "I'll see you tomorrow" I say "see you tomorrow" he walks out and I sigh . . That was literally my crush. I really like him a lot more than I ever did.

He doesn't even know. I'm a friend towards him and it makes me feel sad . But I'm lucky to have him as a friend too

(Next morning) I get out my car as I parked after having a whole crying session on my drive here . I can't even explain why either . I just woke up in such a bad mood and I had a couple nightmares last night . I just was panicking all morning about everything and anything . Not my best day at all.

I walk into the school wiping the tears as they fall . Luckily I'm not bawling my eyes out. I walk to my locker and hear Hazels voice getting louder as she gets closer "Sophia" she smiles and I roll my eyes "why the sass" she ask "do you forget what you said and did 2 days ago" I ask "oh that whole thing , it's in the past" she says "it was so rude"

She shrugs her shoulders "I was lookin out for you" she says "by telling my dad lies , and calling me things , lying about me" I ask "it's not that serious" she shakes her head "no you always call me a horrible friend , you are the horrible friend"

I point at her "you don't care about me and you just use me" I add "did those boys tell you to say that" she says "really , you all of sudden meet these boys and cut me off" she says "how could you" her eyes go soft "I try my best to be your friend and I get I mess up a lot but I do try" she says "please don't cut our friendship off" she begs "I do care about you" she says . Is she messing with me?

"Besties 4 ever?" She questions "Hazel" she cuts me off "yay good , now come with me" she grabs my hand and takes me up to Carson "so" she smirks at Carson then at me "Carson and I are dating" she exclaims . My eyes widened and I nod

"oh wow .... congrats" I say "isn't it great" she holds onto Carson's arm "I asked her last night at my house" She nods "then we f*cked" she says "I-I didn't have to know that part" I shake my head .

The bell rings "see you later babe" she kisses Carson and walks away not even saying bye to me .
I walk down the hall before walking into my first class which Nick and Edwin also have. They wave me over "hey girl" Edwin says "hi" I sit next to him

"How are you?" He ask and I look at him "did Brandon tell you anything" I ask "he told us that you told him everything and that you wasn't doing good" Nick explains "oh yep so that how are you question is pretty dumb" I nod as the teacher walks in . "Good morning class"

(Brandon) (lunch) the boys and I walk in the school from getting lunch off of school grounds . Lunch here is nasty . We ate at Wendy's and now we are gonna do whatever until lunch is over. I been thinking about Sophia so much lately. I haven't seen since yesterday. I hope she came today and she's okay. "Brandon what the hell is you thinking about" Nick says as he eats some fries

"Sophia" Austin answers for me and they chuckle "he likes her" Nick says "do not" I say "really , I mean come on" Zion says "okay fine maybe I do" I admit "there you go" Nick says "ask her out" Zion suggests "she needs to get through all this first , I don't wanna rush her into anything, she can barley trust anyone , I'm just lucky enough that she talked me about what she goes through" I tell them

"What did she go through or what is she going through" Edwin ask "I can't tell you guys , she needs to tell you guys that or give me permission to tell you" I say "good man" Austin says. Then we all look up "isn't that Sophias friend"

I see Hazel walking our way and she doesn't look happy. "Stay the hell away from Sophia"
