"You got that damn right." you muttered.
Jesper cocked his head to the side. "What was that, love?" You blushed.
"I said, 'Thinking that? Only you just might.'" you answered quickly. You left to change into your own ambassador's clothes, and Jesper said to your retreating back,
"That's not even proper grammar!"
You just flipped him off, on your finger, a ring that you'd stolen from him a few days ago.
Jesper gasped in fake offense. "You bitch!" he said over dramatically.
Truth was, he knew what you'd said, and while part of his smile was because of your usual banter, a much larger portion of it was because he was relishing in the knowledge that you thought he looked good.
