-a couple parts decades of never / rarely asking the person how they felt about the stressor / trauma they experienced.

-Heaps of years of praise when they succeed academically, socially, for athleticism, their appearance, musical talent, artistic ability, etc. etc.

-shake it up and pour it in a super cute glass (presentation is everything, right?)

-topping of your choice

-healthy for relationships of all kind
