we smiled blushing
we laughed booming
our smooth legs--like Venus touching perfectly
we inhaled the syrupy pancakes under the TV blaring
anything to wrinkle the time
watched your teeny-tiny fingers
stacking the clinging legos
showing me the houses windows
we whispered about creamy marshmallow pillows
anything to wrinkle the time
life slips away sometimes
gaining liquid experience
losing track of mellow indulgences
searching for warmth to feel happy
but reminiscing the good times
is where we can find
destruction of the present moment
