As Jamie helped him up, Sylvie came to them with a dagger in hand.
"Give me the TemPad," Sylvie ordered.
"All right. All right. Okay," Loki agreed.
He then made it appear, but it was in shambles.
"Well, I did take quite the tumble," he remarked.
"You asshole. You killed us," Sylvie said.
"Maybe we can fix it," Loki assured.
When he tried, it broke apart completely.
"Okay? Um..." Loki started.
"You're not a serious man," Sylvie remarked.
"You're right. He's a god," Jamie countered.
"He's a clown. He got drunk on the train," Sylvie pointed out.
"I'm hedonistic. That's what I do," Loki remarked.
"I'm hedonistic. A lot more than you, I assure you. But never at the expense of the mission," Sylvie stated.
"Oh, the mission? The mission? What, your glorious purpose? Give me a break. You can't beat them," Loki said.
Sylvie then screamed, sending bursts of energy out as she walked to a rock and sat on it.
"Loki, she may have been a pain for a bit of this, but this is not the time to give her a hard time," Jamie told him.
"Okay," he nodded.
They then approached her and sat down beside her.
"Did the, uh, scream make you feel better?" Loki asked.
"Yes, it did. You should try it some time," Sylvie replied.
"We really are sorry, Syl. Things like this just happen," Jamie apologized.
"I know," Sylvie nodded.
Loki sighed and asked, "What now?"
"I don't know. You broke the TemPad," Sylvie nodded.
"Well..." Loki said.
"And that planet is about to crash into us," Sylvie continued.
"Well, yes, but..." Loki started.
"Yes, but what?" Jamie wondered.
"Well, the entire moon is destroyed, right?" Loki asked.
"Yeah. And everyone on it is killed," Sylvie said.
"Including us," Loki continued.
"Yes, including us," Sylvie nodded.
"What about the ark?" Loki wondered.
"The ark never leaves because it's destroyed," Sylvie said.
"Never had us on it," Loki pointed out.
"You're right," Jamie agreed.
Sylvie scoffed and asked, "So what? We hijack the ark and make sure it gets off this moon?"
"I mean, sounds like a good idea to me," Loki pointed out.
She thought about it for a minute before deciding.
"Okay," she nodded then started walking.
"Really?" Loki and Jamie asked as they followed her.
