It has come to my attention that there's a website called NovelHD that's been stealing stories from Wattpad to publish on their site. They've been ignoring DMCA's and editing chapters to try to fly under the radar.
Please do not go on their site unless you want to give your computer cyber aids. If you'd like to see if your story has been stolen, google the title or the first line or two of the blurb. If you see NovelHD as one of the results, your story has been jacked.
You can file a DMCA. There's instructions on how to do it in Wattpad's Help Centre. I can't say whether or not they'll ignore you too, but it's worth a try. Remember, your story is copyrighted from the moment you pen it down.
This chapter will serve as a bit of a test and also a warning. If you're reading this story anywhere but on wattpad.com, it has been stolen and reposted. If you're reading this on NovelHD, you're supporting thieves and I encourage you to leave the site. They don't deserve the traffic.
