The "New game" button was the only option in the game menu, I'm starting to feel confused, because why would this game don't have a "Settings" and "Credits" button on the game menu.

I really want to know on who's the creator of the game, and I also want to change the brightness on settings.

Well without wasting time, I click the "New game" button, a message appears on my screen.
