I can hear them mumbling words filled with dread as we arrived at the scene. I looked around and frown when I saw Draken sitting on the ground with a bleeding head so I looked towards the guys that were encircling us and gave them a glare.

It seems that me carrying the metal bat really did look a bit threatening as I saw them flinched.

We both hopped out of the bike and Mikey started walking towards Peyan who seems to be the cause of all this.

"I see. Although I am thankful that you told me about Ka-chin's birthday but to think that you would use this to attack Ken-chin." I tilt my head to the side and scrunch my nose in displeasure thinking that they used my special day in their nasty plot. Rediculous, utterly ridiculous!

I looked at Takemicchi while Mikey and Peyan were arguing and remembered what he told me in the hospital a few days ago. Someone's pulling the string, huh? 

I closed my eyes as uneasiness is starting to fill my heart seemingly warning me of the things that would happen in the near future.

My eyes widen in surprise as I heard someone walking from behind that's sending a dangerous signal in my head 

My eyes narrowed into slit as I watch a man puffing on a cigarette on a rainy day. He has black hair with a yellow streak in the middle. It is shaved at the sides and long at the top and has a long, golden earring dangling on his ears as he slowly walked towards us with his lackey in tow who's holding an umbrella to cover him

"Oh, that's unexpected. Didn't know you were that sharp in the head" 

He stopped walking a few steps from us and just silently observed us and I did the same "Who are you?" I heard Mikey asked but he didn't answer and just puffed another smoke on his cigarette 

"How dull" He exclaimed before he starts walking towards us. I stood in front of him to stop him from getting any closer to Mikey as I tightly gripped the metal bat that's resting on my shoulder

We made a staring contest as I looked at him emotionlessly contrary to what I'm feeling at this moment while he raised his brows and looked at me in amusement. We were simply staring at each other scrutinizing and analyzing our opponent, ready to attack at any given time if one of us made a wrong move

"Ka-chin stand back" I gripped the metal bat tightly hearing Mikey's order but didn't move my eyes or body as I deemed this man dangerous

"He's dangerous, Mikey" I saw him grin which made me frown as seeing him with that kind of expression is a bit unpleasant 

"Stand back, Kawatsumi" I flinched as this is the first time hearing Mikey say my name. I stared at this guy in front of me for a few more seconds before sighing and moved out of his way. My irritation flared up as I saw him smirk while moving past me but I forcefully calmed myself down

He started walking towards Mikey and stopped when he was only a few meters away from him "It doesn't matter who I am, but I am in charge of Moebius. For this moment, at least" I gripped on my metal bat tighter as means to calm myself down as I feel my irritation flare up again "I'm Hanma"

"So you're the squirming creep behind all this?" Mikey asked the man in front of him who lowered his cigarettes a little before smiling lightly

"You're a pain in the ass, Mikey-cha--" He didn't manage to finish his words as Mikey sent him a kick but he managed to block it using his hands. My irritation flared up again as I frown and looked at the two while hearing the other shocked voice

"There's no need to rush, Mikey. My goal is to crush Toman" Hanma said calmly while massaging his hand that received Mikey's kick "But it's a pain so I was trying to make you fight amongst yourselves. But well, it all worked out in the end. Because now, I can take on the 'invincible Mikey'..." I gripped the metal bat tighter that I'm sure's gonna leave a dent as my irritation is leveling up to the max "... and kill you with my own hands!"
