Everyone has at least one bully in high school, right? Or maybe that's me just wanting to make myself feel better about getting bullied. It's just so dumb, honestly. She just a bitch to everyone. She used to push me into the janitors closet and beat me up. I have no idea what ever did to her, or why I took it, but I did.

One time I hit her back and she just hit a million times harder. She's a lot smaller than me, but my god, she can kick my ass.

"You going to Sarah's party tonight?" My friend asked from beside me. I nodded.

I was only going for one reason: My other friend Vivan was making me. She never liked going to parties alone and it just so happened to be me she wanted to bring. I personally think parties are really stupid, especially ones that are hosted by Sarah. Don't get me wrong I love her, she's like a sister, but she's a total moron.

Most of the time it's probably to impress some guy. I hated loud music and annoying people. And both of things were ground zero for a stupid party.

I wasn't going to dress up. Or look nice, there was no reason for it. People are gonna end up drunk anyways.

"Omg! Y/n you made it," Sarah said. Overly excited. A little drunk. "I've missed. Dance with me." She dragged me to dance. We danced for a little, but she found some guy and I took that as my chance to sneak away.

"Oh my, god. It's Olivia, I have to go say hi!" Vivian left. Great, time to sneak away. I finish the cup in my hand, which I traded the vodka Vivian gave me for water. I almost to the door I really was.

"Oh my, god! Y/n!" Well that wasn't what I was expecting. "I didn't know you went to parties."

"Hey, Olivia," I said coldly. "Drop the act."

"What act? I'm excited to see you," she smiled. Okay. She definitely was drunk or this was a trap. "Come on, let's go dance." She grabbed my hand and led me to the dancefloor. I didn't move. "Have some fun."

"Not with you."

"I only hit you two or three times," she said. "I've lost count."

"Great. No, Olivia, you torment me all the time." I started walking away and she followed after.

"Look, I'm sorry for that I am. I'm trying to be friends now."

"You understand how hard it is for me to see that? After all you did?"

"I'm trying. I don't want to be like that anymore," she mumbled.

"For tonight maybe? What happens tomorrow morning or after that?"

"I'll be nice. I'll change," Olivia promised. I shook my head. "I will, Y/n. You have to let me."

"Olivia," I started, "find someone else to bullshit to. I here with someone." I walked away from her towards Vivian who was talking to some girl. For the rest of the night I stay by her or by myself I didn't want to run into Olivia again.

Until, I saw some dude with his arm around her. He looked a bit older than everyone at the party. I don't remember her ever saying anything about being here with anyone, and if she was, why'd she want to dance with me?

Better safe than sorry, right? I stopped them before they could leave. "She came here with me," I said.

"And she's leaving with me," he spat. "This is my girlfriend."

"Is it?"

"Yes."

"Why'd she come with me?" He was stunned. "I'm her best friend," I lied. "She'd tell me if she had a boyfriend." He looked scared shitless.

He let go of her. I caught her before she hit the ground. I led her to my car. "Get off me you creep!" she shouted.

"Olivia will you calm down. I just saved you from a creep," I said. She started pushing at me, I was able to sit her in the passenger seat. "Where's your house?"

"Wow, take me to dinner first."

"Olivia, I'm giving you a ride home."

"I thought you didn't want to talk to me," Olivia mumbled, hugging herself.

"Are you cold?" She didn't answer. I took my hoodie off and gave it to her. "Just take it." I started the car and she gave me instructions. When we pulled into her driveway I stopped the car. "Tell me why you were being so nice now."

"Ugh. I'm tired," she whined.

"I don't care, I want to know."

"Fine. I don't what it is, but when I saw at the party the room like stopped. And your eyes, oh my, god, your eyes are perfect I love them. And your hair. I don't know what it is, I just wanted to kiss you or something," she said the last part shly. "I think I fell in love with you."

"Impossible."

"How?"

"You beat me up. Call me names."

"I know, but when I saw at the party I didn't want to do any of that. And right now, I still don't. I want you to kiss me," she said. I stared at her and laughed. "I'm not kidding," she whined. "Just do it, and if you feel nothing."

"No, Oli--" she kissed me, I pushed her off me. "What the fuck?" She opened the door and started walking towards her house. I ran up to her and grabbed her hand. "I'm sorry."

"Me, too." I cupped her face in my hand, the other rested on her waist. She stood on her tiptoes as I planted a kiss on her soft lips. Neither of us pulled away until we needed to breath again. "Can we do that again?"

I bit my lip and nodded.
