When you're at the beach, but can't bring yourself to change into your swim clothes...

I really want to swim right now and I hate how I just can't. And then my parents keep saying things like "Why did we even come here together?", "Don't you want to swim? The water is so nice today." or "Come on, you're dad is gonna be so disappointed if you don't swim together." making me feel guilty even though they dragged me here. They keep asking why I don't want to go and I'm having a mental breakdown.
