The subject has been located in Musutafu Japan. How he got so far after the incident seven years ago is unknow, however we do know he has become far more adept at the use of his quirk, Though it is unlikely that he has gained more than twenty percent of it's full capacity as of yet
We have already begun searching for allies that would allow us to engage the subject in an attempt to contain them and dispose of them.
Once an opening has been made we agents will be sent out under the guise of a "Villainous attack" against the subject as well as the class he is in. The fact that he currently resides as a student within U.A means little to our operation.
We will obtain the subject by any means necessary. That being said if you are selected for this mission. If any other students get in your way, do not hesitate to kill on sight.
Updates to this file will be made regularly, all agents will be notified when an update has been made so there is no need to worry about information blocks. This file is open to every agent regardless of rank of clearance. We will need everyone willing to go on this mission when the time comes.
