two months have passed. the baby, you & jack are all doing well. but this is the day that something hit jack and you hardly. today was the day that the contractions started. however they hurt more than expected and jack was worried for you since he didn't know what to do. the first time it happened, he wasn't home so you had to deal with it yourself but you told him and he got sad that you didn't call him to tell him. there wasn't really any contractions today until one at dinner
jack was watching and helping you cook dinner when all of a sudden you bent over the counter due to the pain. he knew what was happening and came straight to you. he placed one hand on your back, circling it around and around while the other hand was in yours. "breathe baby, breathe. that's it" he said as the pain faded away after. when you got up you felt his strong arms around your waist. you immediately hugged back
"thank you love" you said almost sounding like you were about to cry. he broke from the hug, placed his hands onto the bottom of your chin and kissed your lips. he felt love for you. a lot of it. "i'm so proud of you" he whispered as he made eye contact with you. you stayed there for a few seconds until you remembered that the oven was on and the food could burn. after dinner was eaten, jack picked you up and took you to the sofa. he told you to chose a movie while he quickly washed up the dishes. he came back and found you waiting for him, staring at the tv screen.
"come here gorgeous" he said as he placed you in between his legs, stroking your hair. you both watched the movie but as soon as you went to get up, it started again. he was right behind you, he gave you his hand, he put little pressure on your lower back and kissed your head. "keep breathing, keep breathing. good girl" he said while waiting for it to pass. you slowly got up and hugged him once again
