Chapter 1 :- The Giant War Is Over

Time: After the Giant War

Percy was again all alone, battling against Gaea. The Primordial Goddess towered above him, wielding an earthen sword. She would have been beautiful, had it not been for the sinister snarl contorting her facial features. There was nothing around the two- only darkness. It seemed as if they were fighting in the middle of the Void.Gaea raised her sword, before bringing it down in a deadly arc. Percy raised his hands, before realising that Anaklusmos was not there. An ear-splitting scream tore through the battlefield, before he was engulfed in darkness.

Percy shot up in a cold sweat. Slowly, he caught up with his surroundings. He was in Apollo's hospital. The Son of Poseidon reached out for his sword, before realising that it was not there. He remembered it then-

Flashback

Percy had just defeated Hippolytos, and Gration. Only a few Giants remained...an ear-splitting scream, definitely feminine, rang across the battlefield, jerking him out of his thoughts. Panicked, Percy gripped Anaklusmos tightly, before mist travelling away to where the scream had sounded from.

Once there, he saw something that made his blood boil. Lady Artemis, the auburn-haired and silver-eyed maiden Goddess, was tied and gagged, with tears streaming down her face. Orion, who was in front of her, was moaning slightly, as he pumped his pin-sized cock, masturbating to the sight of the bound maiden goddess. Percy gritted his teeth. Sneaking up behind Orion, he tried to stab the Giant through his chest...But his hit was blocked. Orion smirked at him, "You think you can sneak up on a hunter?" The two engaged each other, in a flurry of silver and bronze strikes. The demigod kept swiping at the Giant, but to no avail. On the other hand, the Giant could not land a hit on Percy either.

Percy delivered an overhead strike, before dodging Orion's stab, rolling to the side, and shifting into auto mode. Suddenly, as he tried to block Orion's lunge, Anaklusmos shattered, and with it, shattered Percy's hopes of getting out of this alive. However, before Orion could attack, and harm him, Apollo flashed in, putting an arrow through Orion's head, as Percy stabbed him in the chest with a broken shard of his sword. Apollo acknowledged him with a nod, which Percy grudgingly returned. Before he flashed away with Artemis, he said, "Jason defeated Porphyrion. The war is over."

Hardly had the Sun God gone away, when the ground rumbled, and Ol' Dirt Face screamed in her booming voice, "Puny demigods, you will pay for killing my sons!"

Flashback end

That was how Percy had lost his sword. He then remembered how he had defeated Gaea- the same way he had defeated Akhlys- by suffocating her with her own element, this time, the earth itself.

Percy groaned, before he got up. Not paying attention to the obnoxious golden palace, and the mutilated, half-dead, patients lying on the other beds, the demigod made his way onto the main street of Olympus.

The whole of Olympus seemed to be in a festive mood. Satyrs and minor gods were running around, carrying drinks and papers and trays stacked with food. The heavenly aroma just seemed to call Percy in. Nymphs and naiads appeared from everywhere, singing and dancing. A huge banner with bright colours hung over the main street, saying 'Victory to Olympus!' The distant echoing sound of a bell permeated through the thin mist that hung in the evening air. The sky was dark, but the city itself was brightly lit, with lamps and street lights and bright festive, celebrating lights. Some glowing balls of light whizzed through the air, similar to Calypso's servants, that Percy had seen in Ogygia.
