First chapter with a Chad POV ;D

~Chad's POV~

"My god, can't you all just shut the fuck up, this is supposed to be a surprise!!!" Kellin yelled as everyone shut up.

The room was dark, but in the light it was covered with streamers and balloons. Today was Stella's birthday, my best friend since second grade, and this was the first birthday party she had that included people that aren't me.

Everyone was hiding behind furniture, holding poppers and handfuls of confetti, except Justin, who was sitting on top of the coffee table with his hands over his face, and Jaime who was standing in the middle of the room with a lamp shade over his head, occaisionally whispering "Hey guys, guess what? I'm a lamp." Making Kellin throw something at him and yell.

Vic took Stella out for dinner, and they would be back any minute, Mike had gotten the text that they were close, so we were all hiding.

We heard the front door open and we all tensed in excitement.

The light flicked on and everyone jumped up and popped their party poppers or threw their confetti and yelled "SURPRISE!!!!!" Besides Jaime, who yelled, "I'm a lamp!!!"

Stella took a quick step back and hid her face in Vics' chest as he put his arm around her and smiled.

Kellin jumped on Jaime and screamed, "I WILL KICK YOU SO FAR UP THE ASS MY FOOT WILL COME OUT YOUR MOUTH!!!!!" and everyone laughed.

We all promised that we wouldn't start drinking until cake, and presents.

Everyone went around talking and saying happy birthday to Stella, and she was doing pretty well. She knew most of the people pretty well because she had spent individual time with all of them over the last few days of warped tour.

I was with Mike in the kitchen, and we finished the cake. "Hey, Gabe, the cake's ready, go tell everyone, make sure you tell-" Mike was cut off.

"EVERYONE THE CAKE IS READY!!!!!!!!!" Gabe screamed the loudest he could as me and Mike covered our hears in pain.

Everyone gathered in the kitchen. Stella hated being the center of attention, so she hid behind Vics' shoulder a bit.

Everyone was in a crazy mood, especially Jaime and Justin.

They both stood on the kitchen counter and dramatically sung happy birthday as everyone laughed.

"I just can't believe my babys' all grown up!" Justin fake sobbed and hugged Jaime as they started to 'cry'.

Everybody laughed and she blew the candles out.

"PRESENTS!" Kellin yelled, leading everyone to the living room where all the presents were lined up.

"Mine's last." Vic said, sitting next to Stella on the couch and snaking an arm around her shoulder.

Me and Tony smiled at each other, knowing what we got her.

She started with all of the cards, which were from Jack, Jesse, and Gabe who had no idea what to get her, so they all got her money, which totaled up to three hundred dollars.

Kellin and his wife, Katelynne, got her inscents, with a holder and six different scents (for anyone who don't know what inscents are, their little sticks that you light on fire and they smell good. It calms people down a lot. Yup. That's the best I can explain it.)

"They always help me calm down after I've had a bad day, I thought you'd like them." Katelynne told her with a smile. It was a good gift for her. Stella thanked her and gave her a hug, then read the card, which was from "Kellin, Katelynne, and Copeland." which I thought was cute how they added Copeland.

The next present was from Justin. She unwrapped it to find a box filled to the top with different candy. "OH MY GOD THANK YOU!!!" She yelled and gave Justin a hug.

Jaimes' present was next. He got her a two hundred dollar Hot Topic gift card. That was a lot of band shirts and skinny jeans. Also Jaime got her a card that he wrote down he would teach her Spanish. "Why would I want to learn Spanish?" She asked.

"You'll meet our families some time soon, it'll be worth it, I promise." Jaime said.

Tony gave her the small, wrapped box and she looked at me funny, like 'This better not be a joke or I'll kill you.' I smiled at her in response.

She opened it and gasped. "You didn't" she said.

"Oh but we did." Tony said.

"You got me a fucking iPhone 5!?!?!" She yelled.

"Don't forget the gift card." Tony said, pointing to the box.

She took out the phone and saw the one hundred dollar iTunes gift card.

"Oh my god." She said, looking down at her third generation, cracked iPhone. "Thank you." She said and hugged me and Tony.

Mike took the card out of his back pocket and smiled, handing it to her.

She opened the envelope and read the card out loud. "On Tuesday I'm taking you to my favorite tattoo parlor and you can get any tattoo you want, and I'll pay." She gave Mike a terrified look. "I don't like needles!!!"

"You don't have to look at it..." He said.

"... Fine." She said, and got up to thank him and hug him.

"My turn." Vic said, looking at Tony as he got up and walked up the stairs.

"Tony... W-where are you going?" She asked as he ran up the stairs.

I had no idea what was going on, Tony hadn't told me anything.

A minute of anticipation dragged on until I heard a door open, and far more footsteps coming down the stairs than just Tony could make.

Tony came into sight first and sat down next to me, then I saw people who were far too familiar to me.

Phil, Tino, and Austin from Of Mice & Men came into sight, I was overflowing with happiness, but I was ultimately confused.

They stood in a line, covering Alan.

"What the fuck are you guys doing here!?" Kellin said, also confused.

Stella was confused as much as I was, she looked at Mike, Jaime, Tony, and Vic and they just gave her evil looks.

"Hey guys." Austin said, waving his hand and laughing.

"Hey, move over so we can see what Alan's got..." Justin said.

Austin looked at Vic and Vic nodded, so Austin moved out of the way to uncover Alan....
