Genma: Simple, as one of the Hokage's body guards I keep the senbon in my mouth so I could spit it out at any point in time to counter a kunai.

Me: Ok Pakkun, your question is, What's it like being kakashis dog? Does it get annoying?
Pakkun: I'm not Kakashi's dog, I'm his summoning. He has a contract with us dogs so we come when he calls. Kakashi's an ok guy but it wouldn't kill him to give me a treat every now and then.
