Chapter 4

Louis' POV

"Alright hunny, now tell me Louis what happened. I have to record it as proof if you're alright with it." tammi said to me. If that will help the case then i don't really have a choice. 

*flashback*

I arrived at school, Mom brought me before she went to work always the same routine.  "Bye mom see you soon!" I said quick beecause i was running a bit late. "Yeah see you soon love! Have a fun day!" I got back before i closed the door.

I watched her drive away and turned towards the school doors. "I'ts gonna be a long day" I said quite towards myself. After lunch the  principal asked to see me, i had no idea why.

"you wanted to see me?" I asked my principal. "Yes come in Louis." He said sadly. I didn't know why, maybe something with his kids... "Louis please take a seat." I did what was asked and sit right in front of him. 

"I got a phone call a few minutes ago about your mom, and i have to say she sadly passed away." I couldn't believe what he said. "What? Are they sure it's her? She is  supposed to be at work!" I cried. 

"It happened when she was driving to her work. A drunk driver drove over her car,  she passed away at scene. She didn't feel pain." I didn't know what to do. Be mad at the drunk assh*le, cry, i just didn't know. "I'll let you alone, please let me know if i can do anything.

"Wait! Did they found the driver?" I asked full on sobbing. "Yeah but  they didn't put him in jail. they just gave him a little punishment." What! That's  all he gets? I have to get him in jail, even if that's the last thing i'll do!

*End of flashback*

Tammi & Briana  had tears in their eyes after i toldd them everything. "I promise you  Louis, i'll get that man in jail. I'll do anything i have to do for it."  I was happy that Tammi wanted to help me. "Thank you so much. How much ddo you ask? I'll make sure i'll pay you as soon as i can." 

"No sweetie, i don't ask for money for you. Just make sure you have all proof that that man should be in jail. Do you have siblings?" What does that have to do with it? I thought to myself.

"Yes i do, m'am." I have many, especially sisters. "Good! Bring them to court with  you. It'll make the man stay longer in jail  since she had kids."

Chapter 5 will come today since i'm not gonna be home much tomorrow for my birthday. I also don't know much about courts, sorry if it doesn't make any sense. Hope you enjoyed even though it's a sad chapter. This will hopefully be the last sad one.
