Dr. Iceberg's parents are from Norway but he has never been to Norway because he was put up for adoption when he was born. His father's family had moved to the U.S. because of work and his mother was there as a part of an exchange program. Iceberg was born from a drunken fling when his mother found out she couldn't return to Norway because the flight would have killed him, her family was against abortion and both her and the father were in high school and couldn't take care of him so all she could do is wait and put him up for adoption
