I got this idea from pictures of real icebergs, Dr. Iceberg's hair starts out as white and fades to a pale ice blue and like real icebergs when in the sun his hair can look gold and green. This usually happens in the early dawn or sometimes during dusk. This actually caused some of his friends to think he was a different person because the color change.
