2 - Jikook

"Jimin!" Jungkook yelled, running into the kitchen where his boyfriend was. Jimin turned his head, he sighed loudly before quickly leaving the room. 

Jungkook watched him leave, confused on why he just left without saying anything. "Jimin?" Jungkook chased after the black haired boy. Jimin didn't respond, he just put on his shoes before grabbing his car keys. 

"Jimin? Baby...?" Jungkook said softly, he didn't understand why his boyfriend was ignoring him. "I'm going to work" was all Jimin said before opening the front door.

"But you don't even have to leave yet, you still have thirty-" Jungkook was cut off by the front door being slammed shut. 

Jungkook's eyes started to water, he quickly wiped his eyes to prevent any tears from falling. What could he have possibly done wrong? 

Just then a ding came from Jungkook's phone, he grabbed it from his pocket to see a text from Jin. 

"Hey Kook, just making sure everything's ready to go for tomorrow, Jimin still has no idea right?" 

Jungkook quickly started to text back a reply, "Yeah I'm pretty sure he doesn't know.. but he wouldn't talk to me this morning, so I'm not even sure he'll come tomorrow if I ask him.." 

"I'm sorry man, maybe try and talk to him when he comes home? We've been planning this for months.. It would be awful if it all went to waste" 

"Yeah I'll try.. thanks again for all your help Jin, tell the others I appreciate their help as well! Talk to you later :)" 

Jungkook sighed loudly before sitting down on the couch, all he could really do was wait for Jimin to come back. A few hours went by, Jungkook was still sitting on the couch playing a game on his phone. 

After a couple minutes, Jungkook heard the front door open. He jumped up and quickly made his way towards Jimin. 

"Jimin! I missed you so much" Jungkook hugged his boyfriend, he went to kiss him but Jimin pulled away "I'm going to bed" was all he said before trying to go walk upstairs. 

"Jimin.. please tell me what's wrong" tears started to fall down Jungkook's face, he hated knowing that Jimin was upset with him and didn't tell him what he did wrong. 

Jimin sighed, before pulling Jungkook down onto the couch. "W-Where have you been going these past few months? Every time I ask you, you come up with some stupid excuse. I barely see you anymore... do you not... wanna be together anymore?" Jimin said the last part quietly, tears threatening to fall. 

"What..? Baby of course I still want to be with you! I promise tomorrow you'll understand why I've been gone so much" Jungkook hugged his boyfriend tightly, "Do you promise? No more excuses.. please" Jimin hugged the younger boy back. 

"Yes, I promise" Jungkook kissed Jimin softly, the older smiled before kissing him back. 

The next day Jungkook had to basically drag Jimin to the car. "Ugh.. Jungkook why do we have to leave so early?" Jimin groaned, still half asleep. 

"Just trust me" Jungkook smiled before starting the car. After about an hour, Jungkook parked, Jimin looked around having no idea where they were. 

"Where are we..?" Jimin asked, getting out of the car. There were a bunch of trees surrounding them, and a long dirt path leading to who knows where. "Just follow me" Jungkook intertwined their hands and walked down the path. 

They walked for a few minutes, Jimin kept asking questions but all Jungkook responded with was "Just trust me". 

Before Jimin knew it, they arrived and he couldn't believe what he was seeing. Namjoon, Jin, Hoseok, Yoongi, and Taehyung were all there welcoming the two. There were tables stacked with food and drinks, bright pink flowers all scattered across the ground, it was beautiful. 

"Wow.. I-" Jimin couldn't even speak, he was beyond grateful that his friends would take the time to do this for him. "What's.. What's all of this for?" 

"Well we know how hard you work, so we just wanted to do something nice for you" Jin lied, it wasn't a complete lie, they did want to do something nice for Jimin, but it wasn't the real reason why this did all of this. 

"Well thank you all so much!" Jimin smiled brightly, hugging his friends. The seven hung out until the sun started to set. Jungkook waited until Jimin was by himself to walk up to him. "Hey, I want to show you something" Jungkook spoke softly, grabbing Jimin's hand. 

Jimin was confused, but still followed him. They walked through the grass until Jimin saw a bunch of lit candles around a blue blanket. "W-What's all of this?" Jimin gave Jungkook a confused look. 

"Jimin.. I love you so much. These past five years have been the best years of my life. I have no idea what I would do without you. Words can't even describe how in love with you I really am. I could go on for hours about how much you mean to me, whenever I was upset just seeing your face made my day one hundred times better. Sure we may have our arguments here and there, but no matter what.. I'll always love you."

Jungkook suddenly got down on one knee, "So, Park Jimin... Will you marry me?" 

Jimin's eyes widened, tears immediately began running down his face. "Yes! Yes! Of course, I love you so much" Jimin yelled, hugging his now fiancé tightly. 

Jungkook laughed, trying his best not to cry as he hugged the other boy back. He soon let go, gently sliding the ring onto Jimin's finger, "Jungkook... It's beautiful" Jimin smiled widely at the younger. 

"I was scared you wouldn't like it" Jungkook said, relived that Jimin was happy with it. "Are you kidding? I love everything you give me" Jimin laughed before wrapping his arms around the younger, kissing him softly. Jungkook kissed him back, wrapping his arms around the older's waist. 

"Jungkook, thank you for just.. everything you have done for me, I love you more than anything in this whole world" Jimin said, after they pulled away for air. 

Jungkook smiled before hugging him tightly, whispering "I love you too"
