Quirk: Class: Light
Ability - Depending on the light surrounding the user, the user can summon chains from small portals in the user's eyesight. Using light, the chains are pure white, and the user can summon 4 of them at once. Depending on the light around, that's the strength/ impact the chains have, the chains can also have a point to be able to stick targets more effectively. The light chains can extend 8ft max. The user can use these chains to swing on as mobility. If there is little to no light around, the user can summon a shadow chain. The shadow chain is black and only 1 can be summoned, and it comes out of the user's stomach. The shadow chain is a lot larger and 'heavier' it can't shoot out in a straight line and it sought of drags itself across the ground. The chain can extend to 27ft and can easily knock things around, it also takes a bit more then punches to break it.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantages: - The light chains can be broken easily, just someone squeezing them or a rock being chucked at them breaks the chain. The shadow chain can take more, but not a lot, like someone hitting it with a baseball back can break it.
- The user must wait ten seconds to use the chains again after they have been broken.
- There has to be almost no light for the shadow chain to summon, basically there is a certain amount of light where the user's light chains do nothing but it's not dark enough for the shadow chain to be summoned.
Special Moves: Constrained- The user summons all four light chains in different directions and uses them to hold the target in the air making them immobile and unable to attack.
Hero/Villain Names: :Chainlink,Shackle, Blinder
My Input(Not necessary): The user will get better and summoning their chains were they want and the speed they launch it at opponents. They'll learn to use their chains to maneuverer themselves around by swinging on them through the air.
