Quirk: Scrap Hair
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Metal
Ability - The users hair is thin metal wires. The user can make their hair grow but it becomes harder to maintain balance from longer distances. The user covers themselves in their own hair as defense and launch it forward at short ranges to impale or subdue opponents. The user can also lift themselves into the air. It does cause a lot of cuts by wrapping around themselves or others. Even make small tools like screws.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantages: - Rain makes the metal rust.
-Their hair is conductive to electricity.
-Can cause small cuts or severe cuts by accident.
Special Moves: Tripwire- The user covers the ground with their thin hair, when people come to attack, the user makes those parts of their hair rise to restrain the enemies. This is good to not attack allies.
Hero/Villain Names: Junkyard, Scrapheap, Metaleece, Barb, Strangle
My Input(Not necessary): The user will have trouble with managing their hair and control trouble of managing fast opponents or ones that can attack from distances. They would probably have some type of bandana to stop getting cuts on their head.
