Quirk: Charged Wave

Quirk Type: Transformation

Quirk Class: Strength Enhancement, Destruction

Ability - The user has translucent unbreakable parts of skin. Forearms, neck and legs all are translucent which allows others to see inside. What is visible is a green liquid that the user can expel as an attack. The user can do this be their hands turning into a glowing fluorescent green that now looks of glass gripping onto an inanimate object. The user can seemingly gain power from these objects that dwindle and crumble to dust. The user can unleash their green liquid into an energy attack. It isn't greatly controlled, flies like a wave. The user turns their hands into the glass like material again to activate their quirk. As soon as they do, they lose some of the visible liquid. The wave is a bright glowing green that goes horizontally with little vertical distance. It is extremely powerful, a full blast is strong enough to break concrete. 

Combat Range: Medium

Disadvantage: - The user's hands are the direct power of their quirk. When the user activates their quirk, either to absorb energy or dispense it, their hands become glass like. They can easily be shattered if the user is not careful, completely destroying their quirk. 

Special Moves: High Wave - The user points their hands up and unleashes a pulse of green light from their body. The pulse is strong enough to knock everyone around the user away but not enough to do any major damage. More so a get off me tool.

Hero/Villain Names: Catalyst, Devil Play, Shatter

My Input(Not Necessary): This is a very powerful quirk, one where the real only weakness is the person using it. If they are reckless when using their quirk, someone could potentially break their hands. Permanently destroying the offensive capabilities of their quirks.
