Dawson P.O.V.

I am not usually this warm in the morning. My body feels like it's on fire. When I finally open my eyes I see the cause of the heat. A small, Blonde-haired, English girl laying on my chest. I refuse to wake Miss Sleeping Beauty. She stirs slightly and attempts to wrap her arms around me, it doesn't quite work. She has small arms, "Shh, it's okay, I'm here," I whisper and run my hand down her back lightly. She sighs and falls back into a peaceful sleep. I reach for my phone and see I have a text from Dallas

Dall Dall

"So, I'm assuming you and your Princess worked everything out?" -8:30am

I look back down at Cat and a small forms on my lips. I take a photo of her on my chest and send it to Dallas with the text "yeah, we did." he sends back a photo of Brooklyn on him where it looks like she's attached to his side.

Dall Dall

"Is mom making breakfast,"-9:30am

"How in the hell would I know Brooklyn is practically attached to me. You think I can move?"-9:30am

"You're absolutely no help Dall Dall" -9:31am

"I'll text her just for you Daw Daw"-9:31am

A few minutes pass

"Breakfast will be ready in 10 get your girl awake." -9:36am

"May the odds ever been in your favor."-9:36am

I set my phone down then look back at Cat. "Babe, it's time to wake up," I say quietly and she groans. "Princess," I say and shake her slightly.

"I will end your bloodline," is the first thing she says after I successfully wake her up. "My mom was making breakfast but if you want to end my bloodline. Her head pops up and looks at me, "Your mum made breakfast," she asks and I nod. I have never seen Cat jump up so fast then attempt to get me out of bed. "Okay, okay calm down," I say, standing up and stretching. "Your mother is the best cook I have ever met, I refuse to miss her breakfast," Cat states as if it's obvious, which it is, my mom is the best cook. "Should I change? I should change," Cat says frantically but I grab her arm before she can grab her stuff. "My shirt goes almost down to your knees, you'll be fine," I assure her and she eyes me skeptically, "But, it's your shirt won't your mum think something happened," "My mom will think nothing of it, I promise," she nods and I offer her my hand which she gladly takes. Right as we're walking out of my room, Dallas and Brook walk out of his room. "Good morning," I say and Dallas looks at me. "You did it," he says sounding almost surprised. "The bloodline did get threatened," I respond and Cat glares at me. "That was before I was informed your mum made breakfast," Cat retorts and Brooklyn laughs while Dallas just stares at Cat. "I like you Cat," Brook states and walks out of Dallas's arms to lock arms with Cat. They both walk away from us and Dallas and I stare at each other. "How did it go," he asks as we walk down the stairs," I shrug, "I told her about Madison," I say and Dallas smiles at me, "I'm proud of you." "Thanks."

Both of the girls have taken a spot at the table but leaving the chair next to them open for me and Dall. As soon as I sit down Cat leans on my arm and grabs my hand to intertwine our fingers. I look down at her and kiss the top of her head. "Gross," Dallas states, and I eye him. "Oh, yes don't act like you wouldn't do the same if Brooklyn leaned on you," I say and glance at Brooklyn who grins mischievously then does just as Cat did, and Dallas, of course, looks over and kisses the top of Brooklyn's head. "Checkmate."

"Well if it isn't all the love birds," mom says as she walks into the room. Cat sits up but Brooklyn doesn't move. "You can lay your head back on Dawson, food will be ready in a minute," she says gently. Cat smiles a small smile then leans back against me.

"Was anyone else cold this morning," dad asks. Dallas and I shake our heads, "Well, I had my own personal furnace over here," Dallas says nudging Brooklyn who just glares before going back to her crepes. "I had my own personal furnace too," I say and look at Cat who just blushes. Mom looks at Dallas and me and shakes her head. "Oh, Cat, before I forget, Brooklyn and I were scheduled to get mani-pedis today. Would you like to join us?" Mom asks and Cat stops eating and glances at me before looking at mom, "I'd hate to infiltrate on your day," she says and Brook looks at her, "You have to come with us, it'll be so much fun and we can get to know each other more." And after a few minutes of convincing Cat agrees to go. "I'll have to go back home quickly to get different clothes," "Couldn't she borrow one of your fifty outfits that somehow make it into my closet and drawers," Dawson asks sending a look Brooklyn's way who blushes and looks at Cat, "You could probably borrow one of my outfits we're about the same size," Brooklyn agrees.

The rest of breakfast is nice the girls discuss what they would like to do, but Cat mainly just agrees with whatever Brooklyn and mom says, which hurts my heart a little. She's still shy around the rest of my family. Dad, Dallas and I agree we should all go Top Golf to absolutely not play golf cause none of us can play but we like hitting the balls and hanging out with each other. Once dinner is cleaned up Brooklyn, Dallas, Cat, and I head into Dallas's room so Brooklyn can help Cat pick an outfit. And once that is down Cat and I head to my room so we can get dressed. I throw on a random pair of dark blue jeans and a dark grey sweater. Cat walks out of my bathroom in a pair of Brooklyn's ripped jeans and a what I would assume is a semi-cropped red sweater but due to Cat being a few inches shorter. The jeans are a little too long, though the sweater fits almost perfectly. I walk over to Cat and get down on one knee and begin to roll the jeans up. "Thank you," Cat says quietly after I finish rolling and stand back up. I put on my socks and begin putting on my sneakers when I notice Cat is rocking back and forth on her heels. "What's wrong," I ask and stand up to walk over to Cat. "I'm nervous," she confesses and I wrap my arms around her, "You have no reason to be nervous, babe, my mom loves you and you and Brook have already been tipsy together so," I say trying to comfort her. Her arms wrap around my waist and she leans her head on my chest. "If you want out at any time text me and I'll come get you, okay," I promise and Cat smiles up at me, "You're the best," "will you tell Dallas that? I want to see his ego get hurt," I ask with a raised brow and Cat laughs before walking over and putting on her ankle boots.

Cat and Brooklyn have now made a group chat with Dallas and I where they've just sent their hundredth photo of them with mom at the nail place. "I see the girls are having a good time," dad says after looking at his photo from mom, which is the exact same photo of the girls that Brooklyn sent us. "I would hope so, we've only gotten what? A hundred photos of them," Dallas says while walking back from hitting the golf ball. We've been here for about an hour but we always get bored from hitting the balls and making fun of each other's form, as if we're professional golfers. "I'm surprised they didn't just make a group chat with all of us," I comment then, as if they heard me, a text message pops up on all of our phones.

Cat :), Dall Dall, Dad, Mom, Brooky

Mom-"Thought it would be easier if we all had one group text"-11:17am

Dall Dall-"You jinxed us Dawson,"-11:17am

Me-"How was I supposed to know"-11:18am

Brooky-"This was your mothers' idea, Dawson"11:19am

*Mom has changed this groups name to "My Boys and Future Daughters-In-Law*

Mom-"Much better I hate when it's just a bunch of names"-11:19am

"Do you think that's a hint for us high school seniors," Dallas asks looking up from his phone. Dad gives him a look, "Most definitely," "I've been dating Cat all for what? Two days," I ask and Dallas shrugs. "Obviously we should be ring shopping," all of us laugh at Dallas's comment. "Come on, let's send them a photo of us," dad says waving us closer to him. We all scoot closer and dad takes a photo then sends it in the group chat. In return, we get another photo of the three of them, their big smiles on display.

"Have you two finished planning your party," dad asks and we nod, "All invites have been sent, and mom already knows what Cake to bake," I say proudly, "You did tell Cat about the party right," Dallas asks and I freeze. "Shit, I completely forgot," "You know that's probably all mom and Brook are talking about, right," "I'm screwed aren't I," "Oh big time," dad cuts in and I sigh. I quickly unlock my phone just as I get a text from Cat.

Cat :)
"What should I bring to the party?"-11:23am
