chapter nine : dinner with Jayden

So Alexis came over to my house and I explained everything that happened to her .
" So Stance what you're trying to tell me is that you went through all this just to get back at Jayden ? It must have been very painful for you " she says looking at me with pity
    " Lexi I need to put this jerks in their place , I've had enough of this through out my life I've been looked down on and treated as nothing exactly I don't want that . I want everyone to know everyone's feelings matter , the only fear I have right now is the fear of my cover getting blown"  I say as I slump into the chair in my room.
      " I have a favor to ask of you Alexis"
   " Ouuu you're calling me by my full name what is it girl? Shoot"
   " I can't keep ignoring you in school because of these jerks so do you mind going shopping with me and we get you new sexy clothes and the latest direct link to Chanel and Nike what do you say friend?"
   Alexis was surprised at my offer as she was short of words .
   " You'll do that for me?" She asked already tearing up
   " Yes Alexis I'll do that for you I can proudly say this is just first time I've had a true friend in years" I say as I stand up to wrap her  in a hug .
    " Who says no to shopping ?" She says as we begin to make plans .
    "Speaking of clothes Lexi I have a date with Jayden tonight at seven and I don't even know what to wear " I say tiredly
    " You're joking right?"she asks clearly surprised at the news I just relayed to her
   " No Lexi I'm not joking "
   "Then we have to get you dolled up " she says as she jumps from my bed and steps into my walk in closet skimming through for clothes . I just lay flat on the bed while Lexi does all the work .
    " Stance come and try this on this would definitely be fire" she says as she comes out of the closet with a red off shoulder gown .
   I never knew I had this gown I mean where'd it even come from?
  I put on the gown and I'm not going to lie I was impressed with myself

    IRENES GOWN.
Seven came real quick and any minute from now Jayden would come knocking at my door . Lexi helped me with my make up and I looked okay I mean I'm still not trying to impress anyone . I slipped on a pair of silver stilettos and silver studs . My hair was done in a French plait and everything was perfect .
   Just as I was about to text Jayden that I was ready I heard a knock at the door .
I walked down the stairs taking my steps one by one careful not to fall as I was still not used to stilettos or anything heels.
   I walked towards the door and opened it , and Jayden was there standing a white tuxedo with a red rose in his hand . His hair was perfectly jelled to the back and his cologne was nose filling .
    " Hey how are you Jayden?" I asked smiling at him
   " I picked this up for you " he said as he handed me the single red rose
   " Thank you it's beautiful " I said as I collected the rose and tucked it behind my hair
   " And so are you " he said as he gave me a small smile .
     I tried not to blush but my cheeks were already tinted red .
   " Are you ready to go ?" He asked stretching his hand to me
  " Definitely " I said as I put my hand in his .I locked my door and we walked to his car , he opened the car for me and he ran over to the drivers seat and we began our journey.
At first the drive was silent and akward then I decided to break the silence .
" So where are we going ?"
   " It's a surprise " he replied
" Doesn't it have a name?I hate surprises!" I whined
   " Calm your balls baby girl you're going to love this " he said as he continued driving
   Is baby girl now a name? This is literally the second time he's calling me that
    After thirty long minutes of driving we arrived at a beach side .
  " Get down " he said
" Why are we at the beach ? Are you hear to kill me or something ? " I asked looking around suspiciously
Instead of replying he came to my back and blindfolded me . I started screaming because if this is not him planning to kill me what is this? Or wait has he found out my true identity ? Oh good lord I'm screwed!
    He threw me over his shoulders and continued walking towards wherever I don't know .
     After a long walk of about ten minutes he put me down on a chair . The chair was very soft and comfortable I mean it wasn't all hard and gruggy , Is this guy a mafia  lord?
    " We're here "he says as he takes of the blindfold . Behold my eyes is the best scenery I've seen in a while 
    There was a round table which held various foods and by various food I mean junk food . There was pepperoni and cheese pizza , jelly tots and Nutella , lasagna and chicken nuggets and lastly waffles and cream syrup .
    The sky was pitch black and with the avid stars creating a beautiful scenery making the sky light up in twinkles . In the middle of the table was a beautiful red lava lamp
     " Oh my goodness this is beautiful " I exclaimed
   " I knew you'd love it " he said taking a seat at the other end of the table .
   " When did you have the time to set up all this ?"I asked as I threw a jelly tot into my mouth .
   "A gentleman never gives out his secret , now dig in " he says and I giggle 
     We eat and make random conversations 
" So Jayden where's your girlfriend? Isn't it weird that I'm new and you're already taking me for a date?" I ask randomly
   " I don't have a girlfriend " he replies cooly
    " That's what y'all say  or are you keeping her a secret ? You know private relationship stuffs " I ask giving him the sus expression
     He burst into laughter and I joined him not knowing why exactly
" You looked like Shrek when you made that face" he said still laughing and clutching to his stomach
    " No I don't look like Shrek" I said feigning annoyance
     
" Okay, okay agreed you don't look like Shrek  . So how come someone as pretty as you too is single ?  Or are you keeping him a secret ? " He says reciprocating my expression
     " No I don't have a boyfriend ,  never had one . I don't know maybe I just never had the times or no one was interested in me or I was interested in no one " I said casually as I fiddled with the last chicken nugget .
     That wasn't a total lie I've always been single no love life no nothing just me and myself . Ever since my incident with Adam I'd avoided developing interest of any sort in people guys especially .
    " So since we're both single that makes us equal " he says
    "No we're not equal  ,you can't tell me you've never been in a relationship " I look at quizzically
    " No I've never been in one but I do hook ups a lot , I can't afford to be tied to one girl as there are many fishes in the river " he says and we burst into laughter
    So note to self no falling for this guy through out your whole plan till you ruin him and you're happy
     We leave the beach and decide to go back
" So where to next ?" I asked as I fiddled with my phone
  " My house "
" Your house ?" I asked full of shock
" Yeah , have you forgotten when I asked you to come to my house to hang out with me  and you said okay " he asked giving me the look of where are your memories ?
   " Yeahh now I do " I said trying to lighten the conversation
I'm not going to lie I don't , I remember him saying something about hanging out but at his house oh dang it
    " But I didn't come with my clothes " I told him
  " Don't worry you can wear mine " he said casually
" Really ?"
" Yeah , I already have McDonalds ordered and it would be here in the next five minutes" he says as he turns his focus to the steering wheel
   " What are you not good at ?" I say as I wear a warm smile
   " Nothing " he says and we both giggle and continue our drive
    Arriving at his house in five minutes like he said the McDonald's delivery guy was already waiting at the door 
   " That would be eight hundred dollars and twenty three cents " the delivery guy says  as he hands us our  order .
   Jayden give him a thousand dollar bill and he gives us our change , we thank him and we head into his house .
      The house was very stylish but warm . Very obvious it was modern day forte and it was beautiful and the walls were painted ocean blue  and the sitting room had a set of foam chairs that could literally make your butt sink in the chair .
   We place the McDonald's on the chair and he leads me up to the stairs
   " Where are we going ?" I ask
   " To my room "
  " To do what ?" I asked out of fear
  " Relax I'm not going to do anything to you unless you want me to , besides you need to change into much more comfortable clothes before we start watching a movie or something " he says as he opens the door of his room and leads me inside .
   His room is nice not too much spark just the calm sleepy vibe . He hands me a sweatshirt and a pair of grey joggers .
    " Go and change in the bathroom or I could do that if you want " he says as he begins to strip
My legs carry me to the bathroom and I change quickly into the clothes he gave me . He was in a plain white V neck shirt that hug his masculine figure perfectly . I just wanted to stretch my hand and caress that beautiful chest but my inner voice spoke for me * what an idiot you are Irene do you think Constantine would be happy watching you like this!  you can fall for him after exacting your revenge against him  but for now snap out and stop gawking at his biceps *
Immediately I shake my head and come out of my day dreams .
    " You look beautiful " he said
" You flatter a lot Jayden , this is basics and you say I look beautiful come on please stop it " I say as I dump my clothes on his bed and walk out of the room
    We make ourselves comfortable on the  sofa and place our McDonalds in the middle of him and I
  " So what would you like to watch he asks me ?"
  " Anything is fine by me " I reply as I steal a fry
   " What about fifty shades of grey " he asks
  " Like I said anything is fine "
" Okay then fifty shades it is " he starts the movie and we begin to watch .
   " Anna is so stupid , she just let's the guy take advantage of her anyhow I'm pissed at her " I begin to whine about the character in the movie
    " She's not stupid she's hot" he replies
" How is she not stupid  ? Prove it to me "
   " By doing this "
Before I can process what is going on Jayden's lips are on mine . Seriously speaking this is the time I wish my brain or mouth spoke faster than my hormones  but no they gave me away
    I gave into the kiss and before I knew it I was seated on his laps straddling him.
     While kissing him I remembered something he said* I don't do relationships  I do hook ups I mean why stay tied to one girl when there are plenty fishes in the river *
        And just then I lost my vibe and stood up from his laps giving him a hot resonating slap
    " Why'd you do that " I asked him panting heavily
   "I don't know actually , I'M SORRY "  he said as he looked down at the ground guilt washing over his face
      He just said he was sorry JAYDEN fucking SMITH  just said he was sorry .
Oh lord I'm loving this plan and this is the beginning where I start getting him to say sorry to everyone he has wronged and stepped upon  and at the end I'll have the last laugh
