It was late at night manik was sleeping on the couch after have a huge discussion/argument with nandini. Well she said that bed was huge enough for both of them so they can sleep together but manik very calmly made her understand that she is having drips attached it will be risky if he also sleeps on the same bed.

Manik was sleeping but he wasn't sleeping calmly. He was moving his head here and there as if he was having a nightmare which eventually broke his sleep so he just sat there looking outside the window. After a while he went to nandini and just watch her sleep.

She was looking so pale because of constant medications and stress.
He tried to sleep again but couldn't so he just sat there watching her or moving inside the room.
Soon it was morning and nurse came in and did nandini's morning checkup and told manik to wake her up as she need to get her meds.
With a heavy heart he did manage to wake her up.

Manik carried her to the bathroom and made her sit on the slab. He did her basic stuff like brushing her teeth, washing her face and sort of a giving her a sponge bath.
