The demon slayers were disbanded, nezuko, tanjiro Zenitsu and inoskue went back to the old kamado house. Giyuu had returned to urokodaki, sanemi and genya began living together and were like true brothers. The kocho sisters were still at their estate. Rengoku's father and little brother were proud of what kyojuro accomplished, Uzui was still living with his wives. It was all a happy ending for everyone, and for the first time, everyone felt peace.

Now at modern era

Everyone was living in the modern era and it was the reincarnations, or what we would call them, the hashiras descendants.
