Chapter 3: The bell test

Naruto woke up 6 o'clock, he went to the other rooms and woke up Sasuke and Sakura, all three of them went up stairs to see Sanji cooking stir fry for breakfast while luffy sat in his seat looking like he was about to die of hunger and the rest doing their own thing, kakashi had left sometime ago "Ohayōgozaimasu" the three genin chorused "mourning guys, are ya hungry, I made stir fry" Sanji asked turning off the gas "yeah sure" naruto said taking a seat "but didn't kakashi-sensei tell us not to eat?" Sakura asked "no he suggested we don't eat, and if Sanji san offers you a meal you'd be stupid to decline" naruto stated as a matter of factly and Sanji smirked at the comment as he dropped the plate of food and naruto and the straw hats began to stuff their faces (mainly luffy) and zoro got a bottle if alcohol and started drinking "zoro san isn't it too early to start drinking" naruto said swallowing a large spoon full of rice "it's never to early to drink" zoro stated and took a large gulp of alcohol "come on do you want to die of hunger while you are fighting" usopp insisted the pair shrugged "ok/alright" they said and went to the table and ate "by the way, kakashi said I should make some bento for him" Sanji said and gave them 5 plates of bento.

(Kushina will be helping with the bell test since there are many people)
"You weren't kidding about Sanji-sans food that was good" Sakura said satisfied with her previous meal walking into the training ground to see Nemma Mito and Kushina waiting "your late!" Mito yelled "no SHIT" Sakura responded irritatedly "besides, kaka-nii isn't here yet, so technically we are on time" naruto reasoned "naruto why do you like calling kakashi "kaka-nii"" Kushina inquired "like I have said many many many times it is non. of. your. business" naruto said irritatedly "well it is my business because you are my son" Kushina scolded naruto held the bridge of his nose and groaned "I thought we solved this a long time ago" naruto murmured, he put his hand down and sighed "I. Am. Not. Your. SON" Naruto said with every word getting louder and louder naruto just went to a tree and sat cross legged a was meditating deciding to ignore her

30 min later
Kakashi walked in to see everyone on their own doing one thing or the other "yo" kakashi said nonchalantly then three kunai came hurdling at him just narrowly missed him, the one guilty of throwing the projectile was eyeing kakashi "don't. be. be. late. ever" naruto said laying emphasis on ever "or else I'll burn your whole icha icha Paradise collection" naruto said menacingly "gomen gomen naruto, ok let's get this test over with" kakashi said.

Alright, start" Kushina and kakashi yelled and all 5 genin scattered naruto located Sasuke and Sakura and they gathered in a bush "so what's the plan" Sasuke asked "well we know the shunshin so I think we can use it to our advantage" Sakura said "correct and I have the perfect plan" naruto said.

"When are they gonna try and attack" kakashi said getting board, then he and Kushina saw Sakura "get ready sensei" she said getting into a battle stance "so your gonna fight us all on your own" Kushina said shunshining to Sakura's back then kakashi and Kushina then ran to Sakura but as they were about to hit her she shunshined out of the way and naruto and Sasuke appeared in her place and they both attempted to punch their senseis Sasuke tried to punch kakashi and naruto tried to punch Kushina but both jumped out of the way on time naruto and Sasuke were now in the middle of the field wide open then they both ran at their opponents engaging in hand to hand combat

Sasuke dashed forward at kakashi attempting to attack with a kunai but kakashi blocked it with his own kunai Sasuke then jumped back and threw kunai and shuriken at kakashi but kakashi caught all of them
"Really is that all you got that's kinda boring" kakashi said smugly.
"Think again" Sasuke said and kakashi realised there were explosive tags on the kunai
'Aw damn it' he thought as he was blown back by the powerful blast.

<<<Naruto with Kushina>>>
Naruto had an impartial look on his face as he got into his battle stance he ran at Kushina at breakneck speed running to kick Kushina only to have it blocked by Kushina raising her forearm bruising it naruto then jumped back and ran at her again this time delivering another kick to Kushina's chest which in response she made an 'x' with her forearms and skidded back and was now beside kakashi

Then as she stepped back she heard a click sound then a long thick rope rapped around Kushina and kakashi courtesy of Sakura who made the trap while they were fighting her teammates naruto and Sasuke then stood side by side they then weaved different hand seals "fire style: fire ball jutsu" Sasuke called "wind style great breakthrough" naruto called then both jutsus combined the wind amplifying the fire and it collided with the intended target "got em" naruto said smugly "not really" kakashi said appearing with Kushina in a swirl of leaves behind the three genin, said three genin yelled in surprise

RRRRIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNGGGGGGG

They all heard "well times up looks like you all fail" kakashi said eye smiling "think again" naruto said and Sasuke and Sakura pulled out one bell each and naruto had two, after a long long long wait kakashi finally spoke "how" was all he said "well, when you came to attack Sakura she shunshined away, but, not without taking one bell from you and then we appeared" naruto narrated "then while me and you were fighting I used the kunai to slash the bell from you and took it when I blew you up" Sasuke enlightened "I took the bells from Lady Kushina when she slid back" naruto added "then as you all were fighting I set a trap to hold you and naruto and Sasuke finished the job" Sakura finished, just as kakashi was about to congratulate them Mito and Nemma swooped in and demanded for the bells "we are the Hokage's kids we deserve those bells" Mito said arrogantly "well I don't care" naruto shrugged and threw the bells to Mito and Nemma who looked at him in shock "well you all .........pass" kakashi said and they all wore different expressions Mito and Nemma were still shocked Sakura was smiling sweetly Sasuke was smirking and naruto was sporting a fox like grin "you all are officially team 7" kakashi said.
