You say you are filled with scars,
and think others are doing better.
You say you are a black canvas,
broken like no other.
I am those burning stars.
My pain disguised as light I scatter.
I don't have visible scars.
Even if I do, it doesn't matter.
Some people don't seem to have scars,
They seem to have no pain.
That's because they think no one cares.
And that their words will go in vain.
Some people can't express themselves,
They are like untouched closed book.
Lying hidden on the shelf,
no one cares to look.
