After setting the stuff

Abhi (Closing cupboard's door): Champ let's go for dinner?

Sid didn't respond. Abhi saw him and notice. Sid was busy in staring photo at night stand. Sid took the photo

Sid: Gem, Champ and mom. All happy happy. Mom, I miss you. I miss you Gem. Where are you? You don't live with me? Are you angry from me? I miss you

Sid's eyes was teary and his voice was cracky. Abhi went to him and hug him

Abhi (cups sid's face): Champ, we are here with you. See your gem
Sid (looking at abhi): Gem?

Abhi nodded. Sid hug him and broke down

Sid (sobbing badly): I miss you so much. I miss you. Don't you love me? I love you so much. You will not go now? Promise me
Abhi (apart the hug): I promise champ. I will be with you. Who said I don't love you? You are my champ. I love you alot

Abhi wiped his tears. Sid nodded

Abhi: Let's go for dinner?
Sid (shocked): With you and mom?
Abhi (smile): Oh yes! Mom will feed us
Sid (shout): Yessssssss! Let's go

Abhi took photo from sid's and kept it on night stand then both the brothers went out for dinner. Vibha was arranging dinner on dinning table. Abhi make sid sit on chair and sat beside him

Vibha: So everything is arranged?
Abhi: Yes mom
Vibha (sitting on chair): Sid, I will feed you today?
Sid (happily): Yes mom and Gem?
Abhi: I will eat
Sid: No..... Mom, my Gem too
Vibha (nodded): Okay! Okay!!

She was feeding both of them and eating herself. Trio was living old moments again. Refreshing it. After dinner

Abhi: Champ, you take your medicine

He said handing his medicines

Sid (grumpy face): You?
Abhi (confused): Me?
Sid (nodded with pout): Mom says nah we are umm...... same same. So we sleep together, we eat together, we fight together and we play together. So medicine?
Vibha: You used to take medicine before also. Ever Gautam took it with you?
Sid (shook his head with pout): He is not my Gem, mom
Abhi (ruffling sid's hair): Champ leave all this take your medicine
Sid (stubbornly): No! You take with me

Abhi thinking after a minute

Abhi: Okay! Wait I will bring my medicine

Sid nodded. Abhi went to Vibha's room and came back with medicine

Abhi (showing medicine to sid): This is mine medicine. Let's take now

Sid nodded. Vibha handed water to both. They gulp medicine with it

Vibha: Let's sleep now. Tomorrow you have college and I have meeting also

Boys went in room. Abhi make Sid lay on bed and laid beside him. After some minutes. Sid drift to sleep. Abhi smiled and kiss his forehead. He turned and saw vibha standing at door with wide smile and teary eyes

Abhi: Mom

Vibha came in silently and sat on bed. Abhi laid on her lap

Vibha: Happy now?
Abhi (kissing her hand): So much! Finally we got him back. After many years

Vibha bend down and kiss his forehead then she kissed sid's forehead

Abhi: Mom, we need start sid's treatment soon. He will be fine soon then
Vibha (caressing his hair): Hmm....
Abhi: Also mom, I thinking to submit sid's official documents in college. You too need to change his documents of 10th and 12th mark sheet
Vibha: But for that you need to explain principal
Abhi: No..... for sid's condition. Gautam's family already told his condition. As sid's mental condition need more care. So I guess sir knows. Other things we need to clear
Vibha: I will write letter in morning. Give it to principal then submit sid's real documents and explain him other things
Abhi: Yup
Vibha: Which medicine you took?
Abhi (chuckle lightly): Don't worry. It was vitamin E
Vibha: Okay! Now sleep

Abhi nodded. Vibha make him lay properly on bed. She properly covered duet on both of her sons then kiss their forehead. Sid smile in sleep

Vibha (sternly): Abhi close your eyes. Sleep quick. No need to use phone

Abhi nodded. He did. In some minutes. He too fell asleep. Vibha tuned on the night lamp and switch the lights then left the room not before checking on both

In midnight. Sid was screaming in sleep, sweat was on his whole face, tears was rolling on his cheeks, he was clutching on bedsheet with grip. Abhi woke up with jerk and saw sid's condition. He was scared and worried
