In Another World (BTS x reader)

CHAPTER 4

Y/n is staring at the waterfall as she rubs the bunny in her arm. She's deep in thought, thinking about the situations she's in. It's like, everything is happening too fast.

First, her uncle came to visit her, then she get a beautiful key for a mysterious door and fainted, and then she found herself laying in the middle of the forest, she found a bunny that leads her to a house, and she was told that she's in the Kingdom of Thea which is in the other world.

Pretty fast, isn't it? First, she's reading a book on her bed and then suddenly, she's in another world. She tries to process everything because her small brain can't handle it.

Suddenly, she felt something sniffing her face and look down to see the bunny looking at her cutely making her smile softly. "Bunbun. I'm actually not from here and I don't know what to do now."

She said sadly. She never goes somewhere alone and always needs someone by her side if she even steps out of her house. "There you are. I've been looking everywhere for you."

Y/n turns her head to see Grandma approaching her. She's holding a basket and wearing a hood like she wants to go somewhere. "I want to go to the village to buy something and I've been thinking to bring you with me to go there together." She stated, "Why, Grandma?" Y/n ask.

"You've been living here for a week after you came here to this world and I want you to get a look at this place. Also, you must be bored here, right?"

Yeah. That's right. She's been living with the old woman since she was here and she's really bored. Usually, she will read a storybook at this time but she wants to freshen her mind first.

Even though Y/n seems like she doesn't like to have an adventure, she actually loves to go to one. She would love to go see the places and people around her.

So, she agreed to the old woman and wear the hood that was given to her. The little bunny is sitting on her shoulder, in the hood comfortably.

Also, did you realize why the Grandma's house is in the middle of the forest and when they need to get things, they need to walk there?

Well, it's because the old woman like to live there and it's easy to get herbs. And because of that, a lot of people went to her when they were sick or needed medicines from her.

After a few minutes walk, they finally see houses around them and people walk busily. There are a lot of stores selling people's needs. She can smell fresh pastries from a lot of the shops that sell fresh baked bread and cakes. Some shops sell beautiful and exotic flowers.

Y/n want to go there and take a closer look but she decided not to as she doesn't want to disturb the old woman who is checking some apples from the fruit stall and picking the good one.

She looks around with curiosity in her eyes and is in awe as the grandma picks the fruits to buy. The people wearing fairy tale-like clothes and the places also look like a fairy tale to her and it makes her feel amazing, happy, and excited. This place is just like what she always wanted to go to when she read a fairy tale book one day.

She saw kids playing around near the fountain, in the center of the village and she was shocked when she sees a light coming out of their hands, and throw it at each other teasingly. "Grandma! Grandma! Why do they have light coming from their hands and *gasp* that kid just froze the fountain!"

She gasp as she looks at the freezing fountain. Another kid turns the fountain back into water just using fire from his hand making her eyes and mouth wide open.

"Right. I forgot to tell you that this world is full of people that have what you called magic inside them." She said as they walk to another stall."Magic?" Y/n asked

"Yes, Magic. You see, People here are born with magic inside them. One person can only control one Element such as fire, water, earth, air, electricity, light, and darkness. These seven elements are so powerful especially light and darkness."

Y/n, listen to her intently in amazement. "And also, we need to train our power to control and if you can't control then, disaster happened."

Y/n nodded her head slightly. Y/n knows that because she's read it somewhere in her books about powers and magic. It's really obvious what will happen if you can't control it but she didn't say anything and just listen to her.

Suddenly, she saw something drop from some guy in the hood like her just beside her so she quickly take it and tap on the person's shoulders. "Excuse me, Mister. You drop this."

The guy turns around to see Y/n holding out his bracelet in her palm. He look at his wrist to see it empty and take it hurriedly from her palm. He checks it intently if it has any broken parts and sighs in relief to find none.

"Thank you, My lady. This bracelet is very important to me." He said bowing as Y/n just giggle shyly. "No need to bow. I'm happy to help."

The guy smiles softly. He look at her confused as he never saw her before in this kingdom and her bright blue eyes just scream that she was not from there. "Who are you? I never saw you before in this kingdom."Y/n panic but try to play it cool.

"My name is Y/n and I live with my grandma. You didn't see me before because this is the first time I'm here as grandma never let me go outside of the house." She's not lying though. The guy just look at her blankly and just nodded.

'Good job Y/n' She said in her mind while patting her back proudly. "It's nice to have met you on your first day out, Young Miss. But I have to cut this short as I need to go somewhere I desire." He said softly while smiling slightly.

"O-oh. It's okay. I don't want to be on your way to your destination, so I'm sorry." Y/n wave him bye and the guy just nodded slightly and turn to his way. Y/n just stare at him until his figure disappears through the crowd.
