Sidharth:
10th December, 2015, 6.00AM, Mumbai Airport.
"Sidharth Sidharth Sidharth!" The paparazzies shouted from the back running behind me.
-"Areh, itni subah subah! Sotey nehi ho kya aap log?" I asked them bemused to which all laughed.
"Aap kitne excited ho apne Shaadi ko leke?" one of them asked.
-"Aur kitne hounga bhai! Shaadi hain.. Over the top hoon." I replied smiling.
"Sidharth, will your relation remain same with Shehnaaz, as we have seen till now?" another one among them asked.
-"Apne toh dekha hi hain.. Kya batau aur! Haat kangaan to arsi kya, pareey likhe ko farsi kya!" I replied.
"Apko kya lagta hain ye shaadi super hit hogi?" One of the stupidest questions I heard.
-"Shaadi personal cheez hain bhai.. Koi mele mein laga hua thela nehi, ya phir koi bollywood movie nehi ki hit ya fail ho jaye!" I replied back getting a bit irritated.
"Saab duayein de rahe hain aap dono ko? Kuch kehena chahte hain?" another one asked.
-"It feels great to have connected with people and to see them that they genuinely love us. Keep blessing us with love and we both will do the same in return. Thank you." I replied and then started off to go.
"Sir,Sir please one photo.. ek Photo!" All shouted from the back while my family has already checked in but I was surrounded by the paparazzies.
"Kya kaar raha hain bhai! Apne shaadi main late ho jaunga tum logo ke karan!" I said to them sarcastically and then steadily walked to reach inside the terminal. My security was quick enough to guide me and let me in.
While checking in the lady crew who was checking my documents eyed me and then exclaimed, "OMG!! Sidharth Shukla!! Huge fan!! Actually, a huge SidNaaz fan.. Co.. Congratulations sir. Have a great journey today and in your new beginning." She genuinely was happy but I could hear all the other lady staffs and the cabin crews eyeing me when one of them muttered a bit loud, "Sidharth is so hot yaar!"
I chuckled remembering one such incident.
We had been coming back from Punjab after our engagement, till then the news was not broken to any news portal, so none knew of this new development. Me and Shehnaaz were being checked at the entry of the flight with the passes when one such cabin crew muttered aloud to the other, "Dekh Dekh Sidharth Shukla aa rahe hain! Impression jamaye? Kya bolti hian?" but to their utter bad luck Shehnaaz heard them and eyed them in such a way as Nazar se katal hi kar deni thi. As usual, Shehnaaz took the window seat but as soon as the flight took off, she saw few of the attendants to hit on me and there she spoke, "Sidharth, tu idhaar ayega?"
"Kyu baby? You like to look from the window na?" I asked.
"Nehi, aaj Bahar dekhne se zyada.. Tere paar jo bure nazar dete hain unhe dekhna zaroori hain!" she answered a bit loud curtly to turn everybody towards us. The attendants did back off but Shehnaaz being Shehnaaz spoke aloud, "Sidharth... Shagai ho gayi na... kinne pyaare laag rahe hain na ye rings humpe!" and the rest was history. One of our co-passengers from the side recorded all and thus an article was published-
