Again a flashback.

Namjoon was 13.

His father married again.

To a woman named Hera Kim.

At first, she was good and kind

But after Namjoon's Father's died

She started to show her real face.

She made Namjoon a maid.

She always gave him the leftover food to eat.

She always gave him the torn or old
clothes to wear.

She always treated him badly.

The same goes with his sisters.

They too were like that.

They all let him stay in a basement.

With full of rats

But Namjoon was too kind to forgive them for whatever they did to him.

He accepted all this as his Fate.

He always kept his belief in God and his Fairy Godmother.

He knew what his mother told his father before she died.

When his father was on his death bed he called and told Namjoon that as soon as he will turn 23 he will marry someone and stay with her for the rest of his life.

And would not go to any royal events

And Namjoon said yes because he loved his Father too much to say no.

And he took the promise from his Father.

After his father died

Namjoon knew he will be mistreated.

But he accepted it.

He accepted everything.

And didn't even complain once.

Because he knew he that if he did.

Then also who will be there to help him.

So he thought that keeping quiet and doing what they say is the best option here.

He always did whatever they want.

And he would always because he wants to live a peaceful life.
