Chapter 17

Y/n's pov

Two days later, I'm laying on bed. My alarm clock has already rang 3 times but I can't find the strength to get up. I can barely open my eyes

"Y/n don't you have a schedule?" Nana knocked on my door

"Hm..." was the only thing that I could say

"Y/n?" Nana open slightly the door

"You are still sleeping?" she said

I was sleeping in the upper bed. She walked to the bed and shook me. I turned towards her.

"I'll be right up noona" I said weakly

"Huh? Gwaenchana?" she looked at my face

"Ne" I got down

"You don't look okay. You are pale." she noticed

I looked at her and tried to smile. She put her hand on my forehead.

"Omo! You are burning" she said shocked

"I'm fine. I just need breakfast" I said

"Ani. Lay down on Kai's bed." she ordered

"Noona I'll be late" I coughed

"Lay down" she made me lay down

"I'll be right back. Stay here" she said

Nana's pov

I walked out of the room and went in my room. I looked around in my things for a thermometer but I couldn't find one.

"Sunmi do you have a thermometer?" I walked to Room 4

"Huh? I think so." she got up

"Wae? You don't feel okay?" she asked as she looked around

"It's not for me. Y/n is burning." I told her

"What?" she looked at me worriedly

"I went to wake him up and saw him pale. When I touched his forehead, he was burning" I explained

"Here it is. Let's go" she gave me the thermometer and we both headed to Y/n's room

Y/n's pov

I was laying on Kai's bed as Nana told me to. The door opened and Nana walked in with Sunmi.

"We need to check your temperature." Nana handed me a thermometer

"Okay but I'm leaving after that." I coughed

"You are delusional if you think that you are going anywhere. You are clearly not okay" Sunmi intervened

"But I have practice. I need to be there" I looked at her

"It's okay to not go once" she sat on the bed

Kai walked in.

"Huh? What's going on?" he looked at us

"He is sick." Nana answered

I took the thermometer out of my armpit and Sunmi snapped it out of my hands. She looked at it and then she showed it to Nana.

"You are not going anywhere. You have a fever." Nana looked at me

"What's his temperature?" Kai asked

"40.6⁰C" Sunmi told him

"Oh?" I was surprised

"But my practice...my members?" I said

"I'll inform them. They'll understand. You stay and rest." Sunmi told me

The girls walked out of the room and Kai sat on the floor next to the bed.
