"Hyung, what's wrong?" Minjun asked me as he walked in
I was pacing up and down the living room. I was really anxious as I was expecting a phone call.
"I'm waiting for a phone call"
"Alright...is it an important phone call?" He asked
I stopped and looked at him.
"No, I'm just walking around because I'm bored"
"Oh" he jumps on the couch
"We can play video games then" he added and I stared at him
"Of course it's important!" I yell
"Geez, hyung. No need to yell" he rolled his eyes
"Yah! Wae are you yelling?" Jiwoo walked out of the kitchen
"Mianhae" I sighed
"What's wrong?" He asked
"I'm just so anxious. I'm waiting for manager hyung to call me"
"You've never been so anxious about his call before" he pointed out
"Well, it's because of the circumstances"
Flashback 2 weeks ago
"Was I too late?" Nayeon asked as she sat down
I was waiting for her at a fancy restaurant. We had booked a private room so we won't be seen.
"Well, for me you were but actually, you weren't" I smiled
"...I don't know if you make any sense right now" she chuckled
I looked down embarrassed. She grabbed the menu and started going over it.
"Do you think this is okay? Will we get in trouble?" I asked her
"I don't think we will. I know they said no dates but we are being careful" She looked at me over the menu
"...I'm just worried. I feel like I already am in thin ice" I rubbed my nape
"Don't worry. Everything will be okay" she smiled
I nodded and looked at the menu again. Soon we made our order and waited.
"Noona, I'm thinking about buying a new car"
"Jinjja? Wae?" She looked at me
"I just think that I need something more family friendly" I shrugged
"Oh..." She seemed surprised
"I mean...I'm well I'm taking-"
I was cut off by the waiter. I smiled relieved that I got saved from my awkwardness. We smiled politely and thanked him.
"You know noona, I feel like it has been forever since we did this" I commented after he left
"Me too. Why did we take so long?"
"Stupid stalkers" I clenched my fist annoyed
"It'll be okay" she put her hand on mine to reassure me
I looked at our hands and smiled softly. I nodded.
"Saranghae" I said and she blushed
"Saranghae-"
She was cut off by someone getting inside.
"How dare you?!" We jumped up
"You aren't supposed to be in a relationship!"
