He once was a normal human, he used to be a normal doctor- though during one of his surgery's he accidentally pricked his finger with a syringe full of an unknown substance
He held his finger to stop the bleeding, as his whole arm started to ache. He dropped to the floor as the pain started to spread. He looked at his hand and saw it was turning into a shadowy black. He wanted to scream for help but he couldn't, something held him back. As the pain and substance started to spread quicker, he began to uncontrollably smile
He had an urge to use the rest of that substance, so, he did He regretted it instantly as it started to take him over His body was covered in the substance's effects and his eyes and mouth glowed white He screamed for the last time before he was completely taken over
Once he was taken over by it, he stood up and began to "fix" the Patient he was working on. That patient ended up becoming his first victim
He called it "Patient 1". That was the patients new and forever name.
