The Doctors first victim.
A 15 year old boy. He came to get a surgery on his stomach. Though he didn't expect this to happen to him.
The Doctor ripped out every organ and bone in the boy and replaced it with Endoskeleton.
The boy screamed and screamed since he wasn't asleep during the surgery, so the doctor stitched his mouth shut but into a smile The smile couldn't be seen because of the stitches so he cut a long line where the boy's mouth is so he could smile even more
The boy cried and tried to scream No one heard him
The Doctor wanted to test something so he proceeded to replace one of the boy's eyes with a button He wanted to see if he could see or blink with it. The boy was able to do it The boy was scared and confused
The Doctor injects some more of the substance, but a different type. He boy started to Tic and just twitching a lot The boy went absolutely insane and snapped
The Doctor was proud of himself for what he has created.
