Patient 4 A Non-Binary (original assigned gender: male), 12 year old
They came for a simple eye surgery but like the other 3, it ended tragically The Doctor first started with removing their tongue and they accidentally knocked some teeth out while getting rid of the tongue, since they used their bare hands
The Doctor tore their hair so they could do more work on their face
The Doctor then started to slowly rip out their eyes, they did it slowly so they felt all the pain, the person screamed and screamed, well- they tried but they kept coughing up blood.
The Doctor forgot to put the endo in, so they did that the moment they realized
They then continued by cutting off the patients arms
The Doctor says they loved the experience of tearing out their eyes and tongue. He says he laughed the whole time.
