It was later when we got back to the house. Alex and I both agreed to not check our phone for a couple of hours and deal with the issue then.
Alex wanted to stream later, so we decided to check our phones an hour before.

I bite my lip reading the comments.
"Oh my gosh," Alex mumbles, "have you checked TikTok?"
"Not yet," I look over his shoulder.
"There's edits everywhere,"
An edit plays that zooms into the picture, then shows random moments of us interacting. I groan. This cannot be happening.
The next one shows "proof" we were dating by showing a lot of our irl streams.
"How are we supposed to explain what happened?" I ask him, sitting down on the couch by him.
"Even if we do," he rubs his temples, "they won't believe us. They'll think it's fake."
"We could ignore it and hope it goes away?? I saw comments that said that maybe we weren't ready to reveal it yet. Maybe people will back off if we are uncomfortable with it?"
"We could work with that."
Quackity begins his stream. The chat immediately fills with comments about our 'relationship'. I decided not to be on the stream to not encourage the fans.
