The calm before the storm

I'm so sorry this took so long, I genuinely just ran out of inspiration for this book. Which is why I'm cutting it short. There will be the battle of Hogwarts, but I'm finishing there rather than adding Endgame and such.
I'm sorry if anyone was looking forward to Haileys role in that battle and scenario but I just don't have it in me to finish more than the battle of Hogwarts to be honest

I met Lee in Diagon Alley, the whole street was empty except for the bright red shop that had students filling in and out
"It's really incredible" I walked closer
"I like the giant Weasley" Lee pointed at the front
"Why? Because you came up with it" I laughed as we stepped inside

We were instantly swarmed with students and grown ups alike checking out the new store.
"Do you see the twins?" I asked looking around
"No, but let's have a look around first" lee said
I nodded and began to follow him around the shop

I pointed out many of the products i helped create, or something we had designed together
Lee pointed out all the new things we'd missed since the twins left us at Hogwarts
"This is all amazing" I said smiling wide

"Is that Umbridge?" I laughed seeing a Umbridge figure on a tight rope with water buckets shouting 'heigh ho. I will have order' I chuckled looking around

"Like what you see?" I heard a familiar voice directly behind me
I smiled and tilted my head back, so i hit his chest
"Hi Freddie " I smiled softly at him
"Hi love" he replied his eyes softening at my adorable face staring up at him
"This is so cool. You guys did it."I smiled at the duo when I turned around properly
"Well, you did make all the labels" George shrugged
"Yes, but you both invented the produce, and I only mimicked what the things actually do. Besides, I only tweeked your designs George" I smiled and he shrugged

"We've a half hour left before closing, then we'll show you the flat" Fred said pecking my cheek
"We'll keep looking around then" lee nodded

"I'm actually having so much fun" lee laughed as we watched the miniaturise dragons
"It's very impressive. It's only been three months" I smiled proud of my boys
"They did it. They really did" lee nodded

"And this is the kitchen" Fred finished the tour
"It's cute" I smiled at the snug little home the two boys had created
"Thanks?" George said
"It's a compliment" lee laughed.

We sat around the kitchen after eating dinner laughing and joking like always. I'd decided to stay the night while Lee had family plans later on

"Has Angelina dropped by yet?" I asked
"Why would Angelina stop by?" Fred asked
"For Georgie obviously" I grinned
"She told me that George asked her out on a date last day" I teased
Lee burst out laughing as Fred raised a brow

"How you doing love? Remus told us what happened" Fred said while the three of us sat on the sofa with tea
I looked up slightly at my boyfriend, and sighed
"Gonna be honest. I'm not the best" I replied
"It'll get easier Hal" George said
"I know. But, it was kinda my fault. I should've thrown a shield faster. I should've done something" I said my voice cracking
"Hailey. There was nothing you could have done. You tried your hardest, that's all we can ever do. And I'm sure your dad would be proud of you" Fred said wrapping me in his arms
I just lay against his chest
"Thanks guys. I really missed you. Both of you" I sent a small smile to George

"Yeah of course" I nodded into the phone
"Yes Steve it's fine, honestly if it wasn't I'd say" I nodded again
"Seriously, it's fine" I said again
Fred beside me chuckled and I wacked him
"Okay listen very closely, you head north west from where I said, there's a village called Godrics Hollow, you go to the next town over, and then near enough to the edge of the town there's a house. Number 17, it's a two storey house. It's hard to miss. That's it" I explained
"Yep, okay cool. I'll try see you guys, but everything is really up in the air over here right now" I nodded
"Okay bye" I ended the call.
