(A poem inspired by the movie Twilight)

Jet black hair, pale skin

You caught my attention

My world stopped revolving

And then our eyes met

I couldn't say anything

My lungs skipped a breath

That feisty face of yours

Your eyes screamed galaxies

I was, then, lost in it

I let myself be the astronaut

Entered your universe

And I couldn't find a way back

You got me trapped insensibly

I couldn't help myself but settle

Enchanted to that voice of yours

Plays like music to my ears

Your hands scream coldness

But your heart whispered warmth

And I heard it loud and clear

Bewitched when your lips moved

You were extremely mysterious

But I read you effortlessly

So well and so fine

And then I snapped out

I heard you said your name

Then there's this deafening sound

Your name sounded so familiar

I might've heard it in my dreams

Until then I realized

There's already someone for you

And I was never your Bella

But you will always be my Edward
