Closed eyes, open mind
Woke up from enormous pain
I hit my head so much
I couldn't remember what happened
By the time I stood up
I felt the strong cold wind
Touched my cheeks and skin
I opened my eyes, saw what I saw
There are no other people here
But just me and my thin Malong
I looked around still quite dark
Maybe it's six in the morning
I felt scared at the same time happy
Never in my life have I felt
So much peace like this island could offer
No chaos, no city noises, no nothing
I walked around the island
Hearing those seagulls squealing
Looking for food since morning
To settle their growling stomach
I kept on walking
Until the sun has risen
I saw the very beauty of the island
It's like an unusual paradise
I can hear the splashing of seawater
Smell the sea salt from afar
Seeing the twinkling clear water
And the genuine white sands and stones
The place that I never had
Where I can call it a home
Where I can feel myself
A place that can make me happy
Disappeared all of a sudden
When I woke up late in the afternoon
Looking into my 2 post – meridiem clock
I wish I hadn't opened my eyes
