The Sacred Beast of the Himejima Clan that has been handed down for generations to the strongest mystic of the clan who is personally chosen by the Sacred Beast itself, along with its name. Suzaku, the current Head of the Himejima Clan, intends to share the power with Raika once he is strong enough, as the Sacred Beast has selected him as her successor.
Flame Manipulation: Being a member of the Himejima Clan, who were blessed by the Shinto God of Fire, Raika can utilize Fire Phase, letting him create and control flames.
Holy Lightning: Being the son of Baraqiel, Raika can use his signature move to combine lightning and light.
Light-Based Weapons: Being Half-Fallen Angel, Raika can create weapons of light. So far, he can create a spear and a sword.
Master Hand-to-Hand Combat: Due to training, Raika can fight hand to hand with many other fighters around the world and underworld.
Notes:
Raika hates Suou for being the one responsible for leading Shuri's death.
Raika does not hate Baraqiel. But he is mad at him for not protecting Shuri or Akeno.
Raika is thankful of Rias for saving his sister.
After Suou steps down, Suzaku becomes Head and she appoints Raika as Heir. They both intend to find Akeno and remove her from exile and from being hunted.
Like his sister, Raika is into S&M, he also gets it from his parents.
